Yan.. Paadvise ano effective.. Have problem with my beer belly.

Change in lifestyle is the key. More on healthy living 80% nutrients 20% exercise. Iwasan mo muna mga high GI foods dahil mabilis sila mag breakdown ng nutrients called glucose na nakakapag spike ng insulin which is a dominant fat storing hormone.

Continuous regular workouts plus the intensity of your exercises is beyond your body's maximum tolerance.

Do not rely on diet when you already have some muscles and you also have the afterburn factor. Go out and observe people who are working as a kargador or builder. They eat anything but their bodies are far more better than gym members.

Cut down on the Carbs and for me it was rice bawi nalng sa ulam. Tapos iwas na sa colas and other sugary drinks. The little things do really help, di mo kailagan mag extreme dieting o mag hardcore gym off the bat just do it at a comfortable pace and little by little you will make progress.
