Some are blessed with good genes na kahit daming kinakain matagal magka fat. Or kung tumaba man isang linggo lang ng exercise ok na.

 

ultimately: limit your calories, do fat burning exercises(weights plus cardio huwag puro jogging lang), don't compare yourself with others(genes nila kalaban mo mafrustrate ka lang).

People who want to flatten their tummies and define their abs should just look at the 5-minute ab exercises on youtube. it's not only an ab exercise but also a cardio exercise. It has to be done everyday or as much as possible. Just a warning though. These ab exercises will make your abs ache. But then again, that is how you get your abs defined.

Interestingly, some people store more fat on their bellies and "love handles" area than others. If you fall into this group be sure to keep an eye on your blood pressure, lipid profile, blood sugar, and insulin. Higher waist-to-hip ratio can be indicative of metabolic syndrome which may require medical attention (and should always be accompanied by lifestyle change). If you're otherwise healthy, you can't avoid having to carve the layer of fat on your stomach through diet & exercise.

The best way is through exercise and change of diet. hindi yung di ka kakain sa gabi etc. na diet ah. isasabay mo sya sa exercise mo like carb loading 2hrs before mag gym or exercise. since sa tyan target mo lessen eating fried and fatty foods cguro cheat day lng once a week. bawasan rin pagtotoma.
