One of the best na nakita ko sa internet via youtube is the ten minute abs program. And to be honest, effective siya talaga. I have been doing it for 3 months right now and it works. Iyon lang talaga medyo mahirap ang work out pero sulit naman siya talaga. :-) Quote Link to comment

Cardio Exercise - ex. running, skiprope (5mins gradually increase per day),thenResistance Exercise ex. dolphin planks, pushup rest plank, side plank left & right, back plank position. 1-2mins. minimum is 1 mins.then to add heat. wear a sauna suit for only 280php. Google it, check sa Lazada. common guys. And lastly, reduce sweets and rice intake lalo na sa gabi. drink tea instead of coffee, hydrate before you eat. do this in 3weeks, tgnan mo. boxingero pa labas mo.heheh. jogging pala, 30mins. kaht 3x a week.
