Pano Ba Paliitin Ang Tyan

Recommended Posts

There's no exercise for local body weight loss or specific part of your body to lose weight lng. It has to be total body workout/exercise and diet. Unfortunately the gut or bilbil is the last part na papayat. So always have the determination to keep the diet and exercise until lumiit tiyan natin.

I normally use three steps:

1) Colon cleansing by drinking crushed yellow ginger for 1 week. About 3 glasses per day. Your discharge will be oily on the first 3 days and sometimes accompanied by black-looking hard substances. This black substances are the TOXIC that clings on the wall of your colon w/c inhibits good enzymes to enter your colon.

2) After 1 week, the continuing maintenance of 3x/day glass of boiled malunggay leaves.

3) Drinking of at least 2.5 liters of water per day

After doing these 3-steps you will have a regular bowel discharge everyday.

lessen your rice during dinner. exercise your abdomen by doing crunches.

Or switch to brown or red rice. White rice has too many sugars and simple carbs, read that a cup of rice has the same level of carbs as two cans of soda

Despite the low calorie burn of strength training, it can play a role in weight loss. You'll increase your metabolism as you strengthen your muscles; the higher your metabolism, the faster you'll burn calories whether you're exercising or not. Reducing your calorie intake also plays a role in fat loss. By burning extra calories through exercise and avoiding high-calorie, unhealthy foods, you'll increase your chances of fat-loss success.

The thought that you can perform ab exercises to burn away your belly is prevalent in the fitness community, but the theory behind it, known as spot reduction, is a myth. It's impossible to selectively burn fat in any area.

I agree with this. Hence, you just need to keep burning as much fat and calories as you can. Try doing compound exercises like Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts, etc. as these exercises burn a lot more than just doing a thousand crunches.

Diet is a big part as well. If you're really determined, you have to cut out carbs completely. Go on a high protein diet.

1. Dont drink your calories ( avoid may kulay na inumin)

2. after eating wag agad uupo tayo tayo din pag may time. Effective din kumain ng nakatayo.

3. crunches or ab training di ok kung wala cardio. You need to achieve your maximum heart rate for optimal fat burning results.

4. effective pero practice ituck yung tiyan. tuck it tight.

mas mahirap magtanggal ng lovehandles lol

There are exercises na pdeng gawin para paliitin ang tiyan. One of the best na nakita ko sa internet via youtube is the ten minute abs program. And to be honest, effective siya talaga. I have been doing it for 3 months right now and it works. Iyon lang talaga medyo mahirap ang work out pero sulit naman siya talaga. :-)
