bigsam
no such thing as spot reduction. fat all over the body will shrink at same rate. it just so happens that the stomach area has the largest portion of fat. we are designed that way to protect vital organs. Quote Link to comment

Dr. A
Substituting softdrinks and bottled juices with tea & decaffeinated coffee is one good way to start. Basically it's really just eating right & healthy. Sabi nga ni Derek Ramsey: 70% food, 30% exercise. haha! Quote Link to comment
sputnikburuguduy
Hindi totoo ang spot excerising. Katawan mo magdedecide kung saan ka magl-lose ng fat. Kailangan lang mas mababa ang calorie intake mo yun lang. Quote Link to comment

Anong connection ng rice sa fat? Amusing....mukhang nde talaga alam kung papaano.... Tsaka sa mga nagsasabing situps or crunches...target ng mga nun abs muscles...mas lalong lalaki tyan nyo kasi yun muscle lalaki tutulak lang nya mga fats or bilbil... Dapat sunugin muna mga taba nyo... azraelmd
Dapat sunugin muna ang taba bago iworkout ang abs. I agree with your assessment. Finally....thanks slake...err i mean...apocalypse...err en sabah nur....tho you're one of the members here with really alot of sense....instead of posting for the sake of posting.... Heres a scientific study...for those doing crunches and sit ups.....itll take 10,000 situps to burn A POUND OF FAT...lets say for some reason you can do that much sit ups in a day or lets say a week...you guys do the math... Again burning the fat is the key....a combination of exercise and hormone play...then youll start losing weight even without workout... ...or you can undergo lipo...way way faster...
