Hi SP , kmsta , before i answer your ques , this time kc less or short time lang yun testing period 1 month with 3 persons lang age 40's na ... so meroon mga issues like Hi-blood or hi cholesterol , yun isa may heart problems .... wla nagforward na malala like , palcipate .

again hindi mo judge kc unlike dati 5 persons & lagpas 1 month ang testing period .
