As soon as my mom purchased them from the school's bookstore and brought them home, I would open them excitedly and read all the interesting stories like the alamats, the fables, and the biographies of famous people. I think the very first novel that I read was Call of the Wild. It was for a book report in school. I didn't enjoy reading that book at all. Total waste of time. The first novel that I really enjoyed reading is Victor Hugo's The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Now that is a classic! Quote Link to comment

miss_universe Posted November 13, 2004 Share Posted November 13, 2004 i started reading pocketbooks when i was in grade 3. had all the collection of nancy drew. loved reading mysteries. when i was in grade 5, i shifted to reading sweet dreams. read all of the sweet dreams books. loved reading books. that's the reason why i became nearsighted. smaug Posted November 14, 2004 Share Posted November 14, 2004 -the adventure book na you have to turn to page... diffrent endings and ways of advancing in the book. nka limutan ko un series, tsaka andami genres -illustated and funny mythology book, but accurate telling. again a series, again i forgot the titles. -un binibili ni mama sa mga book sale na Dr. Suess books, obvious na galing sa mga donations na binenta. kahit me pangalan ng ibang bata, foreign pa. napakinabangan namin. dinonate namin uli, para mg ejoy naman un ibang bata.
