There are several areas that are especially popular for nightlife, like the Mango Square and IT Park in Cebu City, and the Lapu-Lapu City Boardwalk. These areas are full of bars, clubs, and restaurants that are open late into the night. There are also several events and festivals that take place throughout the year, like the Sinulog Festival and the Cebu Music and Arts Festival. you can't forget to try the famous Cebu lechon.
