Of course, you have Lechon but don't miss out on the following:

1. Pochero, its their version of Bulalo

2. Tuslob Buwa, its pigs brain turned into something similar to Foie gras then you dip there local version of rice called puso

3. Pungko-pungko, can be found almost everywhere around Cebu. Where you can find giant and crispy chicharon bulaklak.

4. Proben, another fried treat usually found along the roads of Cebu late at night.
