You have 2 options based on my experience, Cebu south (whale sharks) and North (Bantayan island) but standard rin na mag tour sa city

Pag group kayo bro I suggest renting a van, kapag naman cebu city tour you can also use van or just utilize their habal habal. Enjoy!

You have lots of options, TBH but that depends really kung ano gusto mo gawin. A good itinerary would be:

- Day 1: Historical City and Highlands Tour: Basilica Minore Del Sto Nino, Magellan’s Cross, Fort San Pedro, Parian and a variety of museums tapos sa afternoon go up to Sirao Garden and Temple of Leah

- Day 2: Goto Oslob for Whale Shark Watching AM and then lunch/dinner at Carcar

- Day 3: Goto Badian for Canyoneering and Kawasan Falls (There are also a lot of hot springs in that side of Cebu)

- Day 4: Goto Cebu Safari Park and just enjoy the anjmals

Just a tip though, you go to Bantayan for the chill vibes so its best you stay for at least 2 nights to really relax and enjoy. It ain’t a one-nighter trip. Tiyaka the tourist spots outside of the city are usually 2-4 hours away so be prepared to drive.
 

in terms of transpo, you can Grab inside Metro Cebu pero if you plan to go out of the city, best just hire a van para they can take you immediately there.

Stayed at The Reef Mactan last year during a long weekend. While it was a bit more crowded than I’d prefer, everything else was great, especially the breakfast buffet. Danish and danggit, yes please.
