I'm not a doctor, but you're much safer using a condom than without.

However, not all STDs can be prevented by a condom.

One STD you can get even with a condom on is Herpes;

there are parts not covered by the condom, and can be infectious.

 

But again, better safe with a condom.

i just want to get tested discreetly. i went to a testing facility today and they wanted me to speak to a doctor first. well that's not what i consider discreet.

Doc, I just want an advise, I asked mydermatologist about my warts on my area, and sadly yes he told me, but curable naman daw and gave me some medicine to burn it, but nagdalawang isip ako if ever I need to do it by myslef or ill asked specialist to get rid of these annoying warts? baka kasi madisgrasya kung ako mag isa but he gave me medicine and effective. but im just scared baka masunog pati skin

go to another dermatologist and have it remove,usually by electric or battery operated cautery machine.mabilis lang tangalin yan from a few minutes to an hour depende sa dami ng warts. better to be safe than sorry !

@naks: Tama ang kumpare mo, unless sigurado siya na magaling na siya, wala munang sexual contact. Sa napakadami po ng klase na sakit sa ari, mahirap manghula kung alin ang tamang gamot o treatment. Hindi rin reliable na dahil similar ang symptoms na nakikita e direct na agad na iinom ng gamot o susubok ng treatment. Napakaraming sakit ang nagkakapareho ng symptoms. Kung licensed doctor naman ang pupuntahan natin, by law kailangan niyang panatilihin ang confidentiality ng pasyente, kaya huwag matakot kumunsulta sa doktor.

i have not been going to massage parlours nor having affairs, just spakols for the past year and a half. last week, i noticed when i was climaxing during a spakol session medyo mahapdi when i was climaxing. Weird i thought but when i got home i notice nothing naman... so 2 days after since i was bothered, nag self service ako and the exact same thing happened. mahapdi only when the spermis coming out. so i thought maybe na-strain lang si manoy... anyway, last night after giving manoy a rest for a couple of days.. ganun pa rin... hanggang hj lang talaga me sa spakol so i was wondering what caused this? UTI lang ba ito? hope someone can help... thanks

IMHO, i think its trauma or UTI. Better see a doctor. I suggest getting a urinalysis before seeing him para mas mabilis pag-arrive sa diagnosis. Make sure its midstream urine na clean catch.

Good day mga docs. Recently I had one sex encounter with a person I don't know that much. Kumbaga one night stand. I don't show any symptoms at all. nag oral sex ako dun sa girl but i used condom on the actual penetration so i'm afraid kapag nag make love ako sa girlfriend ko eh through kissing or doing oral sex in her, mapasa ko ang virus (in case meron na pala ako sa aking throat or mouth) sa kanya. meron bang signs kung infected ako sa mouth area ko? thanks.

good day. i recently felt a weird bump in the shaft of my penis and i've been discharging white to greenish puss. I am not sure if it is gonorrhea or something else. I feel a burning sensation when i pee. Can someone advice? And also, if it is gonorrhea, do i have to see a urologist immediately? Please advice. thanks in advance.
