kobid
1 Quote Link to comment
mynameismidori
You might be referring to STIs or Sexually Transmitted Infections. You might as well seek consult to a medical doctor if you're feeling something such as painful urination, penile discharge etc. STIs or UTIs are treatable cases (not unless it's HIV which doesn't have a cure upto date). Urinalysis and other workups could be requested (such as Urine Gram stain/ Culture, CBC etc) to aid in the diagnosis. Antibiotics whether oral or parenteral are then prescribed based on the working diagnosis (based on your history, physical exam and diagnostic workups). Then voila! You're cured. May this serve a lesson to you to protect yourself first before engaging in such acts. STIs such as Hepatitis B and HIV are everywhere! Don't ruin your future for a temporary pleasure. jamesbalingit
pag nag positive ka sa c reactive proteinano meaning nun? may hiv or std kaba? yan ba ang nakasulat? im scared Quote Link to comment
mynameismidori
Can anyone recommend a good doctor for std checking?Any primary clinics such as TMC, Healthway, FamilyDoc etc, offers STD examinations. Most STDs are fairly easy to diagnose and treat. pag nag positive ka sa c reactive proteinano meaning nun? may hiv or std kaba? yan ba ang nakasulat? im scared CRP is a non-specific marker for inflammation. It is not usually used to diagnose STDs or AIDS. Since it's non-specific, it could mean many things ranging from mild infections to malignancies. It would be better to have a consult to a medical doctor for further evaluation and proper management. Quote Link to comment
manyacool
I was diagnosed with gonorrhea, i was given injection already and been taking antibiotics for 2 days, pero may discharge pa rn and itch, is this normal? Usually what day mawala yung symptoms? Quote Link to comment

mynameismidori
ako rin nagpatest ng c reactive proteinNEGATIVE lumabas does that mean wala akong hiv or std? since walang inflamation or infection?Again hindi specific ang C-reactive protein. May specific tests na CONFIRMATORY for HIV and other STDs. Hindi ginagamit ang C-reactive protein ALONE to diagnose HIV and STDs. Quote Link to comment

charliehouse
what do you mean viral load Just go to a doctor di mo magagamit ang knowledge ng viral load, t-cells, c4d, and etc for testing purposes. Go to a doctor request for an STD panel then have your results. Quote Link to comment
