i think the name of the place is quick chef. i personally know the head chef and he knows his stuff. they cater mostly to banks. the only downside is their location and the lack of a signature dish. sad as it may seem, binondo people are too stingy and do not know how to appreciate food. their main concern is the price and leaving with a full stomach.

 

remember the doctor owner of rosso cafe complaining about 4 senior citizen card bearing folks from binondo ordering one cup of coffee worth 60 pesos and then asking for 3 more cups of hot water diluting the coffee for 4 people. as someone from the food business, i can only shake my head in disbelief and disgust.

......ganun naba kagarapal ang mga senior citizen ng ongpin ngayon, one cup of coffee & three more cups of hot water to taste, hard to believe too.......
