  1. suggestions for a place to stay for around 3-5 days?
  2. Toyota is still more reliable
  3. The Mustang has more personality and sex appeal, especially because it's less common in the Philippines. Interior is more spacious. Swaggier overall. More likely to impress a girl stock. Also more attention grabbing engine sounds. The 86 brings better overall performance and handling and more intense driving feel because it's closer to the ground. Brings street tuner cred and sensibilities stock. If you love driving performance, the Toyota/Subaru 86 is a great pick. I go with the 86 for it's balanced performance, and more affordable and readily available upkeep.
  4. I'd go for automatic nowadays. Use to have a honda civic in my younger years and it was manual. I loved driving it, but sold it around 2017 i think. I dont think ill go back to driving manual again. Unless i have to or is needed.
  5. As a person who used to work at a real estate development company, if you want short term, go for condo. If you want stability and asset that you can acquire and sell in the future, go for house and lot. Many might not know that when you acquire a condo unit, you only have 49 years to “own” it. Afterwards, the condo developer has the rights to do whatever they want to that property. In short, it’s like a long term lease and not actually owning that propery. So go for a good path of having an actual title that is named on your behalf.
