    saan ba ipinanganak yung bata? kasi duty ng hospital na isubmit yung birth certificate sa Civil Registrar (tsaka iniipit din nila ito habang hindi pa sila bayad). kung sa midwife lang, duty rin ng midwife na magsubmit ng birth certificate. whether hospital or midwife, alamin niya muna mula sa ospital or the midwife kung sila ba ay nagsubmit na ng birth certificate sa civil registrar, kung wala talaga, late registration yan. pwede siyang pumunta sa civil registrar kung saan ipinanganak ang bata para magparehistro dun sa bata. di na kailangan ang consent ng lalaki dahil di naman sila kasal

     

    Actually, hawak daw niya ung original nung "Information sheet for live birth certificate registration" yun ba yung pinapasa sa Civil Registrar? Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital daw sa Manila. So punta na lang sa Civil Registrar sa Manila City Hall?

    Mga sir, ito yung case: A friend of mine has a 2 year old child and she's not sure if the father already got him a birth certificate. They're really in bad terms. They can't even agree on what to name the child. Is it possible for her to procure a birth certificate for the child and name him without the consent of the father? How does she apply for the BC? They're not married by the way.

     

    She really needs to have a BC of the child ASAP. Anyone she could go to? She resides in Manila. Pwede na rin siguro sa QC samahan ko na lang. Thanks.

    sabi ng friend kong girl. security. aanhin daw nila gwapo nung lalaki kung puro naman daw babae yung nakapalibot sa kanila. at least daw pag steady lang may assurance sila in a way na hindi mangangaliwa yung lalaki kasi iisipin nung guy na maganda na ung babae. why would i look for another? haha.

     

     

    i can relate. haha. pero syempre. nakakinggit ung mga gwapo. haha.

    love taught me lately that it is just a one-way street... you should never expect anything in return... love was never meant for self-gratification and that you only love someone because you want that person to be happy... you're just there to help her (in my case) stand up when the world comes crashing down on her... there to try to give her the best of everything... be there to make her smile even at your own expense... be there to make her feel that she is loved... i sometimes feel that love isn't a feeling anymore... it has become a choice... for to love someone is no easy task and loving does entail sacrifice... when you love someone... don't expect the relationship to last forever and just GIVE YOUR ALL... GIVE YOUR BEST... GIVE EVERYTHING... for in that kind of giving... you would be hopefully remembered... so that when it all ends... you could say that no one can do it like you do...

     

    marami pa talaga... hindi ko lang tlaga masabi ng maayos... maybe next time...

    Where are you located>? Student and no time? I suggest you elarn how to manage your time wisely.

     

     

     

    hindi naman sa i don't know how to manage my time... it's just that ayoko lang mapagod ng sobra...

    cno may alam ng mga MMA gym na ok? pero ung tipong once a week lang pero may natututunan ka? :thumbsupsmiley:

    ayos na thread to ah... :cool: sakin taekwondo since 1997... and other stuff secret na yun... ang problem nga lang sa marial arts wala na naniniwala... sabagay ano nga naman laban natin sa baril... pero mano mano katay sila... :boo: hahaha... :lol:
