  1. Live a healthy lifestyle, try to exericse 3x a week or walk at least 30 minutes a day then minimize worries, junk foods, sweets, smoking & drinking.

    Yeah, I agree on that plus keep your mind positive thoughts, happiness. It is all in your mind. Think old and you will be, think young and you will be. Guard your mind!
