My query is about what i feel is a medical negligence case.

 

Had an operation done on me (slippeddsik) that did not went well. When i reconsulted him, he said he'll do another surgery on me, free of charge prof. fee na, hosp use nalang ang babayaran ko. Katakot the reaction so i sought for a second opinion.

 

Looked for another surgeon, he re evaluated and did the next surgery that made it good.

 

But, I had a relapse, nabinat ba.

 

And I now have difficluty working, pain is always there.

 

Plus I have records, operating room files and such, that shows irregularities.

 

Fact is , the first operation is palpak.

 

These are the shallow facts pa lang.

 

Do I have a case?

 

And shld the issue be directed to the doctor, the hosp, or the Health management provider?

how's the surrounding area? Are the Diamond and Presidential suite nice in real time?

The street itself is busy,, being a main thoroughfare. But its wide and my girlfriend and I havent really experienced much traffic at the area, by Manila standards!

A good 5 minutes from stonehouse would be T. Morato which is bustling with bars and restaurants which suits different tastes.

The area is good, staff is courteous and discreet, good meal service if you decide to eat in, respectable selection of chow.

So yeah, it's an okay place to chill.

I believe stonehouse is better tha sohotel.

The parking is a bit of a hassle though because its good only for 8 cars i beleive.

Attentive valet crew though, you get what you pay for...

advice please, which would be a better choice between a civic or an altis?

Civic = for porma, esteem

Toyota = for practicality, kahit palengke, meron parts thats sold

Technical stuff: both performs well, good technology behind it, excellent total cost of ownership, although Civic's resale value is way up there.

But if you're kikay, one can do more landi stuff with the civic, aftermarket parts and services.

Im a little bit biased with hondas,firsts are always sentimental.

when i started out, i used to wear gloves. but since it kinda gets sweaty, stinky & all o' that s@%t plus mainit cya sa kamay. so its been a year na since i dont wear gloves anymore. how bout you?!

More of the hygiene reason, its prudent for safety.

Im injured and want to make sure that i wont add to it while working out, so gloves are of most importance..

as a consequence... we got to the hotel late and were served dinner after the rest of my friends were done with dessert...

that was quite embarassing... to have to eat fast so that we can catch up with the rest of the activities...

i never quite forgave my friend for that...

The JS prom itself isnt memorable.

The highlight would be kissing a girl and lighting up a joint at the girls toilet.

Now the after party, that was the one that went till the wee hours of the morning.

Its 4am, im jologs sweating silly, walking in my socks towards our house as my friends dropped me off, and my briefs are at my pants pocket.

Emabarassing and awesome!
