I think basura is the same word for trash in Spanish..? Not sure.
tama ka, sliderule. dito nga sa california you will often see 'basura' sa trash containers ng fast food restaurants especially in predominantly latino areas.

a very pretty friend told me that she chose her ugly boyfriend kasi she felt na he would be faithful. e kaso, babaero pala kasi he had to prove to himself that kahit ganoon ang itsura niya, marami siyang makuhang mga babae. haha.

i'll go for tisay or morena but not black beauty. mas-type ko lang ang features ng tisay (not necessarily yung color). ayaw ko din naman ng sobrang puti. but either way gusto ko yung maganda ang mukha.

i havent tried the place as most of my visits to highlands is to play at midlands where sometimes they would serve paella in their lunch buffet. as a personal preference, i would like to order paella than queue for it in a buffet line.
thanks, masi. at least now i know they have good paella.

does anyone know kung masarap ang spanish restaurant sa highlands, tagaytay? i ate there once but was in no position to make an objective critique. i was so hungry that boiled water with salt and pepper would have tasted delicious to me. so can someone please tell me kung masarap yung kinain kong paella and callos? haha.

in an episode of "without a trace", the mother of the filipino nanny had this line, "bakit pumunta pa tayo dito?". i wasn't really sure that's what she said until the daughter translated for the other people in the scene. the actreess playing the mom is korean-american so parang ang labo ng tagalog accent niya. i purposely watched the summer episode rerun just to wait for that scene. since hinihintay ko na, naintindihan ko na ang sinabi.

Sirloin steak with bernaise sauce - Medium well please!
at Prince Albert's Rotisserie - Intercon Hotel Makati
This made me so hungry
my family used to frequent prince albert's when i was still young. i haven't been there in ages! is it still considered one of the top restaurants in the metro-manila area? i remember the good food of course, and the excellent atmosphere and service. i think i'll visit this place the next time i am in manila. i'll bring my kids too.
