  4. -do not underestimate level 1 trails -a level 1 trail can easily become level 3-4 pag inabutan ka ng ulan sa hike -wear pants and long sleves for protection from irritants (ex.talahib sa trail) -learn to crab walk going down during steep inclined trails -bring/wear gloves(yung simpleng pang construction gloves pwede na) -expect to get dirty -eat only a light meal before a starting the trek (mahirap mag hike ng busog) -bring as much water as u can carry

  13. Isnt this the same situation between ryan bang and yeng constantino? Ryan was the one who showed alot of interest kay yeng in the beginning but apparently ryan felt na walang reciprocal feelings si yeng sa kanya and then look at what happened sa kanila. Ryan did not mean to lead yeng on and play with her emotions but it seemed to him(ryan) that yeng was not totally invested in having a romantic relationship him. Kaya ryan probably felt that it was best for him to just ghost her(feeling kasi nya nuon na langit at lupa ang agwat nilang dalawa at hindi nya kayang "abutin" si yeng) There is always two sides of the story...

  17. a dietitian said to me before, if you would put diet vs exercise in a ratio regards to weight loss, around 85-90% ang diet/food intake vs sa exercise na 10-15% lang. supposedly ang exercise is to maintain your ideal weight(kasama na din ang health benefits ex.stamina etc). point nya is nag eexercise ka nga, pero calorie rich foods naman kinakain mo, eh di wala din. unlike kung mag fasting ka, kahit hindi ka mag exercise you are guaranteed to loose weight eventually (pero syempre depende parin sa body type ng isang tao)
