  1. Noy...

I really hate to lay down negative opinions on you (given that you're still young at your position) but the way you are caught on things recently...

Saludo ako to your supporters who let these kind of things pass. I agree these are little things, but as the president of our nation for (a few) months already, I do think you should already have atleast an idea of proper decorum.

Ewan. Ako nalang ang nahihiya para sa iyo.

  2. Dear P Noy,

Congratulations on finally realizing that the responsibility was yours to begin with.

Some people argue that the responsibility wasn't yours but I just want to make it clear that you appointing those people to handle things are already your responsibility forthright.

You assigned them. I think it's about time that you review the capabilities of those around you.

  3. Maguindanao massacre was a bit different from what happened with the hostage taking situation.

    Maguindanao massacre:

    1) Was local/internal

    2) Ampatuan was already a powerful clan which can single-handedly twist things to go their way

    Hostage situation:

    1) Was international, since it involved tourists from another country

    2) Mendoza was a lone mentally and emotionally unstable guy.

Pero I want to be clear na I was close to blaming (still nanggigilait actually) GMA for the Maguindanao case. She didn't exactly put a finger there to provide justice for our slain brothers/sisters.

    Dear Noy.

I just read that Kris was made "ambassador for dengue prevention" whatever that means. I'll just let it hang there. I still don't know what to make of it.

But making an "elite strike force" when we already have SAF etal etal? Why not just make sure the fundings that should be for our existing units be made sure that they're being used properly? I'm very sure your staff is quite capable of this given that they are quick to point out reasons for deficits caused by the past administration.

  4. ...unable to reach you even after repeated calls, and ONLY AFTER ALMOST 3 HOURS that the the crisis was over did you face the media to express your dismay(?) of what has happened, READING A STATEMENT THAT TOOK YOUR STAFF 3 HOURS TO MAKE ...

...can be seen SMIRKING and even SMILING ...

Read the 'unable to reach' part sa CNN website kahapon. I'm not happy that he was nowhere to be found.

    Then again, I read this:

The President explained that he was monitoring the hostage drama from the Palace but left the matter to concerned police authorities for them to effectively handle.

    ...

“Nalaman ko po itong insidenteng ito kaninang umaga pa po actually, at mula nung umaga, tayo ay kumakausap na sa ilan sa mga kinauukulang awtoridad. Hindi ko naman po siguro kakailanganin pang i-publicize ‘yong mga ginagawa po natin. (I learned about the incident early Monday morning. Since then, we were already talking to some concerned authorities. I don’t have to publicize my every move),” he said.

Somehow leads me to think that those words are half baked, trying to worm out an explanation of what he was doing. Again. A bus hostage drama taking 11hrs, using the coconut, IS NOT EFFECTIVE. True, having every move publicized is distasteful (reminiscent of GMA) pero I still can't believe steps were indeed taken. I guess it was the staff who tried to 'contact' concerned authorities - which points to ineffective staff.

    ...

“Isa sa mga pinaka-mahirap na parte ‘nung araw natin ay ‘yong mga pag-aawat nitong mga nag-mi-miron (One of the difficult parts of my day was the stopping of those nosy observers),” he said.

Citing an example, the President said he asked Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo to restrain an official from the National Police Commission from further meddling in the hostage incident. Without identifying the person, he said this police official immediately rejected the demands of the hostage-taker despite ongoing efforts to secure the safe release of the hostages.

We'll never know, right? No names were mentioned. It was between the official and P Aquino's staff. 'Nuff said.

    ...

Another thing I really didn't like about what he said last night was his larger concern about media suppression. Common sense lang. It really makes me wonder if you're truly concerned about the well being of the hostages that day.

Hindi ako anti-Aquino. Hindi din ako for Aquino.

Hindi ko lang talaga nagustuhan ang nangyari at ang kanyang seemingly apathetic attitude sa issue.

  5. Guys i'd like to ask for help on something.

Last Saturday, we did the deed. I asked if she was safe, if I can shoot in. Sabi nya oo daw. She's expecting to have her period between that day up to tomorrow (Jan 13th). I trust her since alam ko noted nya ang days nya. And we already did it before (usually after the period).

Kaso, until now hindi pa sya dinadatnan. I am worried since marami rami din ako nailabas with 1 month of not seeing each other.

    2 questions:

    1) How high is the chance of fertilization if we did it just before her expected timeline for the period?

    2) Would you know any pamparegla na safe, and how to use them?

    Thanks

  6. Thanks

Yes, that's what I said. I also suggested that they take up something with regards to food quality but they don't want it since they'll need a nutritionist daw for those.

Just wondering, tama ba ang assumption ko? Since they have "management", can they tackle issues on manpower? I also think most HRM students do not venture outside the hotel and restaurant terms.

  7. Hi guys, a little help here.

A friend of mine is asking for a good HRM thesis topic. It also needs three viable problems linked to the topic. I've suggested something in relation to manpower planning and development. Since human resource is one of the essentials, they could expound on ideas regarding career ladders, planning transitions and training.

Since I am an IT grad, I know nothing about possible topics for HRM. Any ideas? Pa-share naman...
