    If you plan to just hold the property for a long time and want to expect some gains, buy house and lot. If you plan to use the car in a business like grab or for doing deliveries, buy a car. If your business need a location and you think that buying a house and lot is the best option for that, or if you want to use the property for airbnb business or etc, buy house and lot.
