25 pound bicep concentration curl

50 pound, lat pull down, 10 reps, 3 sets

85 pound, seated cable row, 10 reps, 3 sets

(minsan, pag di pa enough, isolate ko pa yung back muscles using machines).

 

day 4: cardio

 

day 5: legs/abs

You can't rent a bathroom in Cebu during the Sinulog Festival.  Personally, though, I think Cebu is a wonderful place to be in any time of the year, Sinulog or not.

I Agree, Cebu has a lot to offer, tourist or businessmen alike....

I had a fantastic experience in one of its fish Sanctuary near Nalusuan Island....

one of the best diving site in the philippines

just recently... Mitsumi spent 2 million pesos worth of fire works display...

first shown in cebu... the fire works display lasted for 1 hour....saan ka mamakita ng

fireworks na ganyan ang halaga... nowhere else but in cebu.... VIVA PIT SENOR

it is considered to be the most highly funded festival in the philippines and promoted as the benchmark of what a festival should be. It most be the Asian´s answer for the Carneval in Rio de Janeiro.
