May proseso tayong sinusunod.

  2. She does but doesn't open it anymore. She was never active on mtc and never posted. She just used it to read updates.

Problem din kasi with some "GMs" here is makulit talaga sila at naghahabol kung kani-kanino at kung saan-saan.

If only para matuldukan na yang episode na yan ng buhay niya, she can always ask the mods to delete her account.

  3.

Nahihirapan kasi kami si Mother wala birth certificate gusto pa magpa late registration eh nasa Leyte yun and wala rin Marriage Contract Parents so with this parang gusto ng Manila City Hall correct muna un mga yun bago un sa birth cetificate na dapat talaga ayusin

Sorry, medyo nakakalito. Sino yung magpapapalit ng pangalan sa birth cert, and ano yung relation nun sa mother mo na walang birth cert, and sino yung may magulang na walang marriage cert?

  4. Meron po ba dito kaya mag ayos ng Legitimation sa Birth Certificate kahit wala authentic writing ? or clerical error like sa middle name ilipat sa last name, dapat kasi nasa last name siya eh.

    Salamat

Legitimation falls under Rule 108 of the Rules of Court.

Changing the middle name to the last name is, unfortunately, not considered a mere "clerical error" (even of the reason for the discrepancy in the entry is, in fact, a clerical error) and would likewise be subject to Rule 108, under "changes of name."

Both procedures are fairly straightforward. Just watch out for the publication requirement, as you will have to spend for that.

    jailable ba yun

Skipping credit card payments is a breach of contract, so no it is not "jailable."

Do note that we now have a Credit Information Corporation which receives and compiles individual credit reports from banks and financial institutions like SSS and PAG-IBIG. So kung takbuhan mo yung credit card mo, you'll get a negative credit rating score. Mahihirapan kang makakuha ng new credit card in the future, as well as obtain loans from banks and other financial institutions.

Banks will usually allow you to cancel the card and then convert your credit card balance into a regular loan na may fixed amortization payments, usually over the period of a year. That's way better than getting a negative credit score and constantly being harassed by third party collectors.

  6.

Thank you for the answer sir

    additional question

Meralco keeps on claiming that they made an agreement with the previous owner, but they do not have any legal document to prove it

The lot is not annotated in the tct. nor is it owned by meralco or the government. since it is in the middle of the private property

actually its really funny how meralco is the one who is rejecting the talk between us. We are not even asking any payment for the space they have occupied for years. we are merely requesting them to transfer it to the side of the wall. so that we can use that lot for a proposed warehouse

If MERALCO claims to have entered into an agreement with the previous owner, for either a lease of the property for over a year or for the purchase of the portion of the property where the post is, then it should have been reduced into writing. Otherwise that agreement is unenforceable. Doesn't help MERALCO that there is no annotation on the TCT as to any encumbrance or right-of-way in their favor.

In any case, I'd still recommend maintaining open channels with MERALCO. Baka naman there's another department or another person in authority that you can talk to who may be more reasonable in dealing with the situation.

  7. Legal Question

Does Meralco Have the right to press charges

if you stop them from replacing an electricity line inside your private property?

    Background of the Situation:

We have a warehouse , at the back of our warehouse, Meralco has a transmission line there in the middle of our 1000 sqm lot. So its been 50 years already ,rent FREE and we are not able to build anything there since that post is in the middle of our lot.

Now, they want to replace the wooden pole with a metal one. So were requesting them to move it to the side of the perimeter wall since they are going to replace it anyway. but the bosses said no. So if we stop them from replacing the pole. Can they press charges? and on what grounds? Please look at it as a property owners point of view. We are not asking them to remove it totally. we are simply asking them to move it to the side of the wall so we can develop something in that land space

Thanks for everyone who will answer

Suggest that you check the TCT of your warehouse property for any annotations related to the transmission line. Transmission lines are usually built on property where MERALCO has right-of-way, either by easement or by purchasing the property itself. In any case, those should be annotated to the TCT. If the TCT has no such annotations, then you can ask MERALCO for copies of whatever agreements were made at the time the power line post was erected. That would give you a better idea of how to proceed, and if there might be a need to renegotiate the original terms of MERALCO's use and access to your property.

From a practical perspective, replacing the wooden pole is also a safety measure, as wooden poles degrade over time. Replacing them would be in everyone's interest, including yours as property owner. IMHO it would be best to work with MERALCO to resolve the matter than treat it as something adversarial and potentially litigious.

  8. Hi po. Isa po akung OFW for 11 years at nasa medical field ako nag tatrabaho ang tatay ko naman po ay isang general surgeon na doctor sa pilipinas. Never ko pa syang na meet in person.

For the record po may mga kilala ako in person sa trabaho ko or during my internship sa pilipinas na kilala nya.

    Please help me

Under the Family Code, only minor children are entitled to support. Children who have reached the age of majority are only entitled to limited support, for "schooling or training for some profession, trade or vocation" (Art. 194, FC)

As to your rights to a portion of your supposed father's money and properties, that will only arise once he passes away. Before then, you would need to prove that he really is your father, while he's still alive (see Art. 172-175 of FC), in order to be considered an heir.

Suggest that you contact a lawyer with experience in family law and estate proceedings to guide you more fully. Hope this helps.

  9. GMs views and opinions about cuddling with thera during session?

IMHO nothing happens during the session that the thera doesn't want to happen. I can see why cuddling would be an issue, as that often denotes a bit of intimacy beyond what may be expected, kahit "GFE" ang treatment.

So far only one thera has done that to me, and as it turns out she does that to everyone, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  10. Yung friend Kong girl nagka AIDS dahil nahawaan siya Ng asawa niya . Before they got married suki say spakol kasi Ang mister

Kabarkada ko Yung girl since highschool and she doesn't deserve what happened to her dahil say kalokohan Ng asawa niya

May case ba siyang pwede ifile against SA husband niya?

Depends on what your friend wants to do, if your friend wants to do anything at all.

If she is serious about exploring the possibility of pursuing legal action against her husband, I recommend that she seek counsel. Mahirap yung ganitong hypothetical discussions kasi mas madaling magkamali ng advice yung abugado kung kulang-kulang yung info.

  11. Wala kami union sa company..LMC ang amin..at member ako ng committe or council..i know na as a council ay pwede kami mag try na manegotiate ang mga benefit at wages..question ko pwede ba kami(labor side ng council)na makakuha sa sec ng copy ng kinita ng company o saan gov agency po ba?..multinational ang company.. salamat po

Clarification: since wala kayong union, "labor-management committee" ang tawag dun.

There is, AFAIK, no regulation in place that governs the organization or operations of LMCs, aside from Art. 255 of the Labor Code (as amended). Check with the rest of the LMC members for any set of by-laws that were crafted at the time the LMC was organized, those by-laws would govern how to go about accessing pertinent information on the corporation such as financial statements and reports.

Kung wala kayong by-laws, consider contacting the National Conciliation and Mediation Board for technical assistance. --->http://co.ncmb.ph/contact-us/

All of that said, kung matigas yung ulo ng corporate counterparts ninyo, you can request for an Audited Financial Statement from the SEC. May bayad nga lang per page. Additionally, it will only cover the locally formed and registered corporation, and will not include the entire multinational corporation.
