Depends on your location in Batangas. If you're in the city proper or Bauan area, try Landos. They're a well established restaurant with very good lomi, along with other local delicacies.

Really miss going back to this place. I remember last time I went there with my wife(which was still my gf back then), we were fortunate enough to book a house beside the lighthouse above the cliff in Sabtang(we got it thru a contact from a friend of ours). The scene was absolutely stunning, and the location even has it's own lagoon at the base of the cliff.
