  1. your cousin has two options:

first, she can file a case for legal separation on the ground that her husband abandoned her. however, the problem with legal separation is that you cannot remarry.

second, she can file a case for declaration of nullity of marriage on the ground of psychological incapacity. in this case, she can remarry.

the case can still be filed even though she don't know the present address of her husband... the summons may be served through his parents or any member of his family or if it not possible, she can resort to service of summons through publication, meaning her husband will be informed of the pendency of the case through the newspapers.

    Coychee,

How does one file for declaration of nullity of Marriage on the ground of psychological incapacity?

  2. ako nga mga 5K pa in a month ang gasolina ko until i tried the driving tip i read sa inquirer; yung mag upshift ka before the tach reaches 2000 rpm. ewan ko kung ano ang implications in the long term, pero right now, my gas consumption is down to less than 4K! i hope wala namang negative effect. the only consequence right now is madali na ko masingitan ng mga hinayupak na jeep at taxi kasi nga mabagal na ko magaccelerate.

Once in a while, it will never hurt to go neyond 80kph at 5th gear. It could save you on sparkplugs and helps your engine burn off carbon

  3. The One I love - REM

The chorus contains 1 word - "Fire," which Michael Stipe draws out into a long wail.

Often misinterpreted as a love song, this is just the opposite. Michael Stipe describes this song as about using people over and over. It's deceptive because it could be a love song until the line "A simple prop to occupy my time."

This is not based on any real person or event. The band made up the lyrics while they were on a tour.

For a while, Stipe thought this was too brutal a song to record.

This was R.E.M.'s first hit song. They had been recording since 1981 and growing a following . - excerpt from songfacts
