I'm planning to try a car rental business. For self drive. Pero yung car ko lang muna. And pag okay naman, possible magdagdag ako ng unit esp if makakuha ako ng place na medyo malaki ang garahe.
Any advice po? like things to prepare, agreement sa magrerent and mga device na need ikabit sa car para hndi ma-carnap. (nagdadalawang isip talaga ko dahil may trust issue ako when it comes to pagpapahiram haha)
Tnatamad na kasi ako magdrive, Gusto ko nalang maging passenger princess mo. hahahahaha charot. but at the same time ayoko naman i-give up yung car kaya car rental nlang naisip ko.
Make sure your liability for any damage caused by the driver gets minimized or otherwise sagot ni driver yung ibabayad mo...
Gadgets you will probably need some kind of GPS tracker, those usually need an active sim card as well. Not sure if mayroon ng remote immobilizer sa Piinas
Documentation you also have to be careful, baka mahabol ka for data privacy issues. This goes back to the contract. Best to have lawyer go through each section carefully

Agree never mixep up investment and insurance.

Thinking of going for Sogo Dau. Hopefully it's at least as serviceable as the ones in Metro Manila. We stayed at Winds Botique Hotel back in 2020 shortly before the pandemic. The place was nice, but thanks to my experience in another hotel, I really want a room that has a lot of mirrors haha

I'm currently renting a condo but I'm thinking of buying a house and lot preselling. Would It make sense to buy pay both monthly or should I just build the down-payment and pay the property out right later on?
Depends on your emergency fund, cash flow, and risk tolerance... if you're ok with the first two and you're aggressive, I'd go with pay both monthly so you can already sell the rights or go assume balance if you're already comfortable with the profits of the H&L.

Not legal or financial advice but basically
Better if pa pre compute niyo kay BIR o tax professional para walang lugi whether seller buyer o gobyerno.
3. Lipat titulo - LRA / RD, pati LGU (tax dec)
Other tips
Good luck sa inyo

Parang sugal tong stock market.

Is it really a wiser decision to take a car loan than pay it in full so that you can allocate the money to something more productive?
If you're comfortable with the free cash you have after factoring in your emergency fund and short and long-term payables, then yes
Just like last year, I bought a pretty expensive gadget but cash was really an issue so I used my CC with really low installment interest. This year I bought another gadget but my cash position and cashflow were much better so I paid one lump sum

Which bank offers the highest interest for 6 months and 1 year time deposit?
Unfortunately you might have to do a bit of digging not just on the internet but maybe through phone if not in-person query. Last time I did TD not all banks had their rates posted. Back in 2017 I wanted to do a TD but very few banks had their rates up so I went with Sterling Bank of Asia because they had the best rates posted online...

Thankyou so much for this!
actually yung sa pet diner, may mga gusto ako puntahan dati kaso wala pa akong extra budget that time.

Thoughts on copytrading?
Moral hazard... also you will still end up having to do your own research on whoever you will be copying. Just be willing to invest only as much as you're willing to lose

HELLO! can someone give me an idea on how much should i prepare for putting up a pet shop? And where should I start?
-Pet Accessories & Foods /Treats,Vits.
-Pet Grooming Services
-Pet Diner/Cafe (that serves pet food and furparents food)
-Pet hotel accomodation
Minimalist/Aesthetic interior.
its like a one stop shop for pets.
Pero gusto ko muna po sana magstart mg di yan sabay sabay like pet accessories and essentials muna? or ano kaya yung pwede ko muna gawing starter pack? then isunod ko yung iba pag kilala or atleast nag eearn na yung shop.
mga ilang sqm na commercial space yung estimated nyo for this concept?
I prefer Las Piñas - Parañaque - Alabang.
Mahirap kapag sabay sabay unless established brand ka na tapos isang malaking puwesto agad kukunin mo. I haven't seen anything offering all 4 of the products you mentioned. The closest would be sa mga mall na may supplies and grooming. #1 (supplies) might be the best way to go.
Kung mag #2 ka kaagad (grooming) you need more skilled employees which would add to your overhead. At least for supplies your staff should just know how to sell ethically and they should know the products kahit papaano.
Once #1 is established, you could try talking to your customers and find out what they're looking for in terms of #2.
#3 sounds kind of risky because you're already venturing into the dining industry, which can be brutal. A lot of pet cafes from the past 5 years are gone.
#4 might be the riskiest, you would need well trained staff and facilities, mahirap if manakawan kayo
Good luck!

Junk shop. Unsexy but the money can roll in if you know how to make it work. Bonus points if it can run without too much of your attention...

Looking for advice. Will be moving to canada soon, is it better to invest in stocks there or here in the philippines?
Depends on your risk tolerance and time horizon.
PH is a developing country so there's a lot of potential for growth especially given the population figures.
But. That goes with the issue of how long it will take for PH companies to grow.
As for Canada, I am not too well versed but they seem to be stuck in some kind of middle to high income "trap". And they need a lot of people.
I would say PH but you could try Canada especially so liquidity will not be much of an issue.

ok b maginvest sa ethereum?
dipende sa risk tolerance mo. kumbaga blue chip na sila bitcoin at ethereum. kung aggressive ka puwede ka sumubok sa iba pero wild west talaga iyan. kaya sinasabi nila lagi na do your own research. good luck boss

Some crypto miners are trying to pivot to being AI farms.
Meanwhile the computer shops that sold to miners probably already made good money.
Sell shovels when there's a gold rush.

any advice on how to start crypto po?
If you're in it for the long term, read the token's whitepaper.
Kung gusto mo mag speculate o short time, este short to medium term, find your own way for interpreting charts. The best way is the way that makes sense for you.
And always just invest whatever you're willing to lose.
Good luck!

BDO for me. I have a basic account with them. Pa unti unti lang naman ako naglalagay then they eventually sent a card without me asking for it. But for others going with your payroll account's bank could be the better move since they already know you.

Iloilo is looking good. If only they had places like the MTC spas I would settle there.

wala pakong dollar so bibili ako ng dollar pa hahahaha
Best if nasa well-lit na area to avoid unnecessary risks.

Sogo Santolan mukhang promising in terms of parking. Kahit yung open air parking sa tabi discreet kahit papaano. Nadaan ako kanina mga tanghali, hindi punuan.

ok sa mindanao ave branch, mababait ang staff at malinis naman iyong kwarto. pero nagulat ako, swertehan yung parking at kwarto kahit 730 am ako dumalaw noong sabado
