⭐️ Getting where we are right now is not easy. I think most of you are aware of the struggles and objections we went through because of the people here just simply wants us to be just like the other spas that you've seen.

🌼 The security and process can either be easy or difficult depending on your personality! Steady and secured transaction is the path to a healthy community.

🚧 Admittedly, I know I projected to be someone snobbish and annoying especially to those who are lazy, self-entitled and wants to be spoon-fed. I get it! I know how people can be lazy to read but you'll only need to read our FAQs once. By doing so, you are not only going to save our time from answer questions that are answerable by our FAQs, you will also save a lot of your time. It's not favorable only to us. It's going to be favorable mostly for you.

🕴️Those  kind of people can be potential customers but they can also attract potential threat and danger to our business, our staff and to the GM here who chose us because we don't just accept anybody here because these kind of people thinks they are entitled of everything just because they can pay. I hope you understand that allowing those type of people won't change their mind on how they perceive our business. Allowing those type of people will only brings more disappointment because they cannot get what they want here.

🎊No sex. No packaged services but we shower our loyal patrons with amazing freebies and perks. So if you think our rate is high, better think again and start computing how much do you actually spend here versus how much the others are blinding you with low entrance fee but will most likely make you feel you've been robbed during the deed

🧖‍♂️So, remember to be patient with our process and understand why there is a need for a strict implementation. If I were a business owner who simply just wants to earn money off you, I can simply do so. But I am doing this extra effort, extra mile to make sure that everyone is safe and satisfied.

We’ve all had at both. 

We’ve definitely all had at least one difficult clientbor employee. 

😒😒😒 sigh.... 

Sometimes when we get a difficult client or employee, it can actually make us doubt ourselves and our work, because the first step is remaining professional and trying to underhand the client's/employee's point of view…

Why are so they dissatisfied? 
Is it something you can resolve? 

But soon it will become clear that in fact, they are just NEVER happy and appreciatiative with anything that you do for them, no matter how much you do for them. They'll have a complaint. They'll have petty excuses. And you'll be surprised at how they try to manipulate you to make you look bad infront of the others when you chose not to be understanding of their lame excuses. 

This can be a HUGE toll on your business as well as you - because you can be spending too much time trying to make this client or employee happy. When in fact they are just down right RUDE and UNGRATEFUL for all that you do. It’s not worth it, trust me. 

We need to know when enough is ENOUGH. Because not only will it take a toll on your business, it will severely take a toll on YOU and you mental well-being if this client or employee is never happy. 

Which will then create a domino effect and will obviously affect your work for other clients because you’re so STRESSED OUT by this one difficult client/employee.

Know the signs... 
Know the fake excuses...
Know that they have responsibilities too...
Know why they can do this to you and most probably to others too. ..
Know when to say no... 
Know when to cut ties... 

And know when to remember that YOU and your work is VALUABLE, and must be appreciated.

When I put up my very first spa, I was able to perfectly target the clients that I needed by penetrating the right market. I was never out announcing the whole world what my business was.

I was D-I-S-C-R-E-E-T...

One post at the right market place and that made an amazing result causing me to be able to put up many branches.

The spa was PACKED WITH CLIENTS despite the LIMITATIONS it has compared to the others. Still, it attracts clients.

Honestly, I don't want to sound like as if I'm bragging about the quality of service you can get in all of my spa but I think in order for you to stop questioning at why our patrons continue on choosing and protecting us, I think I have to elaborate this. 

I train my staff to put their shoes on another person's shoes making them more passionate about their job and compassionate among their clients and their colleagues.

People who are trying to make it so complicated by acting so lazy and high almighty demanding that all their questions should be easily answered and their desires should be willingly granted even if they are already compromising the safety and well being of the service provider or masseuse is 100% selfishness and this is not practiced in any of my spa since then. 

People rejects that rejects the idea of abiding rules, putting limits and practice discreetness are those who will only cause trouble. 

People are honestly so GREAT at getting irritated at some places with  processes, I know that but if you just realize at why things needs to be sensitive and limited, you will know how much you can save and how much you can gain.

But in most cases, some workers use their family members as excuse because they are too lazy to work that day or that week. Many workers nowadays are too abusive because they know their boses find it difficult to scout, hire and retrain people. Believe me, I've heard enough family and relatives death used. Yung tatay 3 beses na namatay sa loob ng dalawang taon. Edi wow. Psh.

Businesses with strong foundations don't just fall abruptly

We got to admit. We had a hard time at the beginning just like most of them. And even now, it is so difficult because of the pandemic. To be more precised, I had to try and go through the same experience so I'll know what exactly is happening within the four walls. Through this, the foundation was built with a greater and more heart felt process. It became fair for both - The cliente and the service provider.

Building a business isn't easy especially when you're building it alone.

That's why I want to protect it at all cost. That's why I want to protect you and them. 

By allowing us to manage it the way a business should be managed.

That 7 years was fun, but this is inevitable

I am currently sitting down with my remaining staff, heart broken, while we are currently discussing the final closure of Z Spot and Tantra Philippines. This is inevitable. I realized that the kind of spa business I wanted to do was not something people were interested in... at least not anymore. I’m sure there will be other spa owners who will succeed in the same line of work, but I probably don’t have what it takes; not right now. Obviously, the situation was only exacerbated by the pandemic.

I won’t lie; I am sad. We are frustrared.I am not happy anymore. No one starts a practice, a brand, or a mission with the vision of failing. I had a lot of hope, and my goal was to help people, have fun, and provide pleasure and a memorable spa experience, albeit on a small scale. I saw that there were plenty of therapists who could benefit from my help. From being prostitutes, they probably wanted to change, but it turns out that sex services are better for them. I saw that GM wanted a good massage and exciting YMMV services, but the trend has become too tacky and mechanical. Admittedly, I got tired, the golden era had already died, and unfortunately, everything didn’t exactly pan out the way I envisioned it.

The spa was destroyed by those selfish people who wants everything for them without thinking about the others and the consequences of direct dealing leaving their colleagues and spa dry.

I don't have the energy to deal with this negativity. 

I’ve gone back to work and focused on other online business, and in fact, I’ve had to take a few steps back. Still, I’m not complaining. I’m earning enough to sustain my family and then some. I’m also learning, and since the work hours are not as gruesome, I manage to get a lot of personal development after work, not to mention more time with my family.

Above all, even if I am a little heartbroken, I am grateful for the lessons I’ve learned and for surviving. I’m grateful to have a job now and my health. When you go through a really tough time, you learn to appreciate even the basic things that you took for granted before.
