    Honestly, I can't see Ellis athleticism..

     

    he can't handle a ball well..

    low basketball IQ when it comes to decision making...

    at his size.. he can slash anytime he wants and break the defense pero he choose to be at wing and wait to shoot

    and problem.. even his shooting form...sablay eh..

    DUNK? ito oo pero kung ito talaga ang talent nya dapat sa ilalim sya naglalagi para maka tip in or wait for offensive rebound..

     

    ang athletic para sa akin yung.. ronald tubid,calvin abueva o MC47 during his prime.

    kulang sa team:

     

    legit shooter sa 2 and 3 spots.

    ANGAS ng Bigs (Ang lalaki eh na bubully sa loob) kung kasing laki ko si Greg. kukutusan ko si Belga at papalagan ko ng magtanda.

    Trade Ellis= panget ang footwork, bagsak dribling skill lalo n pag may bantay at ang worst Panget ang shooting form!! dunk lang magaling ito eh

    More playing time kay thompson= pag di gumagalaw ang tatsulok.binabasag nya ang depensa by slashing

    Tulog si tenyente= Di ko alam kung ganito na lang talaga kaya nya o nagpapahinga lang eh.. mula ng naging ka barangay nangamote na eh

     

    AYOKO MAPUNTA SI BELGA SA GINEBRA!! gusto ko makita sya umiyak, masapak o ma bully ng ginebra player kahit 1 beses lang...

     

    Kung panahon ni Jawo nya ginawa ito.. di na sya makakaulit kay Benny Cheng, Wilmer Ong, Saldana, Distrito o JAWO itself.

    CTC has been outcoached again this time by Yeng Guiao, The gins had 3 days to prepare to map out a plan against RoS, while RoS only have 1 one day. Strategies by the coaching staff are very vital for every game.

     

    We only have 3 games left against TnT, NLEX and Blackwater. We expect them to beat NLEX and Blackwater, but 50/50 for TnT. The standing that we might get here once we finish the elimination will be at 6-5.

    6-5 is 4th-7th spot depende na lang sa nasa baba kung gagalaw pa..meralco, blackwater o mahindra wala na chance pero yung star hotshot.. may silat ito.. maka sweep lang sila 3 games patay tayo

     

    dapat ma sweep natin yung 3 games to assure quarterfinal spot.. pag napunta kc tayo sa 7th-8th spot..twice to beat disadvantage na naman.. mapapaaga na naman bakasyon nito

    May umuugong na RR will be traded for Chris Ellis or Sol Mercado......

     

    Sa akin.. it's better for our future kc kamote na yung Vets natin eh... Ellis parang di alam kung pano maglaro ng basketball..kahit proper shooting technique pangit ang porma... si Sol may mapipiga ka pa pero dapat dito SG na attack ng attack then drop passes to Big's.. JH13,MC47 is done..

    problem in our teams is we don't have legit shooters on guard spot.. MC47 is not legit anymore, JJ dont have the legs to compete anymore, L.A is shooter but in triangle, PG is just a PG.. Mercado naman atake ng atake sa loob which is his strength.. We need guys like Maliksi, Baracael, Canaleta, Tubid, Lanete for the defense to react..kawawa yung 2 Bigs natin kung walang help sa wings and guard spot..(TAKE NOTE: lahat ng sinabi kong guys, galing sa Gins yun) di lang nagamit ng maayos.

     

    malamang sa next practice puro shooting ang mga kumag na guard na ito

    MC & JJ must feel this on their own... mahirap kasing pagsabihan ang taong bulag pa sa katotohanan... last season nung si cariaso ang coach sila yung nagsabi na run n' gun ang ginebra kaya na kick out diba? eh run n' gun eh di na nga makatakbo yung Past n Factious eh.

    Sorry mga kabaranggay... wala ako bilib sa triangle...i think it is over-rated....

    I respect you... but once you knew the triangle.. You're gonna love it.. It is a systematic and I think the most discipline play in basketball.. all you need is a right mix of player who will live and die in the system. The option in this offense is endless and masarap panoorin. just like phil jackson did in bulls and lakers..

    Okay naman laro ng Ginebra nung first game nila.

     

    ANd hindi ko lang matanggap is sina tenorio, helterbrand, mercado and ellis is takot pumasok sa loob.

     

    Sayang yung mga steals nila tapos sa fastbreak biglang hihinto at papasa palabas.

     

    Sayang kasi kahit naman hindi nil mashoot, may twin towers sila na pwede mag offensive rebound.

     

    sana next game manalo na sila

     

    Ganun talaga ang triangle offense boss.. kahit naka steal ka... yung 1st position need to wait for their Big's.. ang problem lang talaga nila last game..walang Long range or Mid range shooters na pwde pag kick out ng Big's pag clog sa post area.. kaya yung mga players like PJ Simon, Lastimosa, Pippen, Fisher and Kobe ang nag benefit sa triangle after it rolls to post... lahat ng ito maga Mid range or Long range shooters.. L.A, Caquioa, JJ and even Mercado can be like them basta maging consistent sila sa shooting %.. at yung comfortable area nila dapat.. yung tipong alam ng Big's nyo na pag nandun ka sa area ng court na yun ay ILISTA na ang score...

     

    Anyway, I know it great things will happen to Ginebra.. I just hope it will be soon.

    MJ pa rin.. kc he is really a game changer.. during 90's halos sya ang mukha ng basketball.. until now pag may bagong player lagi kinukumpara sa kanya.. stats probably tells you he's behind pero kc there are lot of things in Basketball na di nakikita sa stats.. The impact he made was special...

    actually I'm looking for a banging body in SG with a great slashing ability other than J. Castro.. I would love to see Ray Parks or C. Lutz.. they can spread the floor. pop up and drop passes which are now lacking in our team. after J. Castro.. everyone is just waiting for a perimeter shot.

    yep i did.. ilang times ko din po pinagplanuhang umalis... pero hindi lang din naman dahil sa kanya.. dahil din sa sarili ko... sabi nga nung client ko masyado daw self consuming tong job na to... araw araw may mababawas sa pagkatao mo.. kaso maraming nanyayari na nag papa stay pa sakin dito... for example... mga 5 months palang ako dito noon.. okay na yung ipon ko can start a business na kaso bigla nalaman ko nakasanla yung lupa namin sa province... so ginawa ko yung ipon ko na supposedly pangbusiness pinangbayad ko sa lupa... nagsuggest sya na ihelp ako.. yes.. he ask me nun how much yung need ko para umalis dito...( which is kaya naman nya ibigay kahit magkano) but i refused. call me tanga na , ipokrita or whatsoever.. but i cant accept such a big amount from him. kahit sabihing barya lang yun sa kanya... ewan.. iba lang kasi talaga yung dating sakin if tanggapin ko yun... syado lang nakakapanliit..and besides kaya ko naman kitain yun(not bragging po ha) pero what im earning here is di kayang kitain sa ibang work ng ganto kabilis kahit as manager pa... konting sakripisyo kumbaga for the bigger things in the future... im not planning to stay naman dito ng super tagal.... nag iipon lang... gusto ko kasi pag nakaalis na ako dito... alis talaga permanently... yung wala ng balikan... so for me to be able to do it... kelangan ko makaprovide ng stable na magigigng income ko pag alis ko dito..... it may take a little more time pa.. pero malapit naman na... :wub: :wub: :wub:

     

    :) push it.. do it for yourself not for anyone.. It was sad when you are in focus and determined to change your life but somethings bother us that we can't control.. like you said about your province... but don't look back and move forward, push yourself for a greater goal.... :wub:
