From a training perspective, training without gloves helps develop grip strength, which in turn directly affects our ability to develop tension within our body.

The whole Glorietta/Greenbelt shopping complex is a great place to shop which has all the brands I like. Shangri-la Edsa is on oldie but is still good, especially with the recent renovations they've made. Once Megamall opens up all the new shops at their Fashion mall, that should make them a contender again.

Pocari when I need to take in a sports drink. I'd caution against those that make it a habit of drinking energy drinks like Red Bull, Monster, Lipovitan, Cobra, etc. though. There are too many studies these days that have highlighted the negative effects of relying on these for an energy boost.
