    The WORST SOGO HOTEL branch is Sogo North Edsa right beside MRT Southbound station across Trinoma. If I were Reynaldo Malaca (Hotel Sogo CEO), I would immediately fire the manager of that branch or maybe assign him to Basilan or Jolo (if it's an option). The hotel has very inconsistent procedure. Most of the lady staff are very very rude and uncourteous. Better go to nearby DreamWorld or Eurotel. Or maybe to other Sogo branches. But never again to Sogo Hotel MRT North Edsa branch across Trinoma. It is being managed like hell!
