Sisig in Pampanga no other else beat the original. Am just wondering why they put egg on the sisig at most eateries/ restaurants here in Manila. You don't have to, it does not improve the taste.

Suggest you ask the waiters at the bars located outside near the entrance of Metrowalk. They know the PSP's who hang out there and meeting their prospects . Metrowalk is such an affordable place to hang out with some food and drinks.

I've tried before at Cowboy Grill- Quezon Avenue- Timog Avenue. I just sat at the bar while drinking and listening to the live bands performing.

I agree that the traffic problem in Metro Manila is out of Tolentino's league. I think it's better to create a commission composed mainly of engineers with backgrounds on Operations Research. Basically this deals with optimization, maximization and minimization issues. It's precisely because the traffic problem is a problem relating to flow, bottlenecks, blockages, etc., it's the engineers who are the experts in analyzing these variables and designing systems that would increase flow, reduce bottlenecks, eliminate blockages, etc.

 

The traffic problem is an engineering problem that can best be addressed by people with engineering backgrounds.

 

Absolutely correct. the problem with the present administration is that they rely and believe too much with lawyers and politicians who have no technical backgrounds whatsoever unlike engineers who think both quantitatively and qualitatively. Lawyers are so good on questioning contract details and looking for faults rather than solving problems scientifically. Look what is happening on DOTC projects which undergone so many endless reviews and scrutinizations which results to countless delays in implementation. I have read in a news article in Philippine Star that DOTC is staffed with so many lawyers such as present Undersecretaries rather than engineers that is why PPP projects could not be implemented in the past 3`years of Pnoy Admininstration. During the past FVR and GMA admimistration, DOTC is headed by many retired generals. These are the`reasons why the country is in such as a mess because of putting wrong people in the right job. What the f#&k is it!!
