good win by Manchester United, bad news that Ruud wasn't available for the game because he went "home", what does that mean? is he leaving this summer, i hope they don't need to sell him in order to get new midfielders..

word on the street is that van nisteelroy will be out of old trafford next season.where he will end next is still not sure.pero sana nga makakuha ng quality players ang man.united para naman may challenge ang premiership.

ok lang 'yun.just finished watching the last game at highbury.arsenal v. wigan, akala ko masisilat pa ang gunners.it was 2-1 in favour of paul jewell's men at some point.buti na lang mabilis ang reaction ng mga bata ni wenger and the match ended in a 4-2 result in favor of the gunners. it was a nice farewell to highbury and the win coupled with rival tottenham's loss at upton park against west ham guarantees arsenal will see european action next season whether they win the champions league or not.

the only question that remains is whether thierry henry will stay or it will be barcelona for him next season :thumbsupsmiley:

i am a chelsea fan but i have to admit i am not a big admirer of the self proclaimed "special one". the former translator may have won europe's top honour with porto but he hasn't proven yet that he can do it at stamford bridge despite the millions spent by abramovich.

ang nakakatakot pa nito,it seems that abramovich won't stop spending until he wins the champion's league.ballack and schevchenko will definitely boost the blues campaign next season but in the scenario that they did win the european league cup....ano na ang kasunod?

pag nagsawa na si abramovich,baka bigla nyang bitawan ang chelsea..tsk tsk tsk.at the moment chelsea f.c. is spending more than what it is actually earning.papaano na kaya pag nakahanap ng bagong laruan si roman?

pero hopefully,sana bago magsawa si abramovich sa chelsea sana magsawa muna sya sa kapalpakan ni translator mourinho.

winning the champions league is not an assurance that henry will stay with the gunners.if they win,he can turn around and say that he has done it all at arsenal and he has nothing to prove anymore or he will find the challenge of defending the title tempting that he will eventually decide to stay at north london. just a bit of side note to the villareal v. arsenal match, if the gunners advance to the finals,it will be the first time for a london club to reach the finals of the champion's league.

don;t forget blackburn rovers ,mate....ganda ng last performance nila and mark hughes men are slowly but surely knocking on the 4th spot now held by the spurs.

panalo man.united 2-0, that's 3 pts. gained in the leaugue table.

malas nga lang at panalo din ang chelsea 4-1 against west ham despite playing with only 10 men for most of the game.

still 7 pts. seperates the two teams for the top spot,and still my bet stands.

there is a funny history between man.U and the carling cup....i can't recall the year but that was the time na ang lakas ng man. united 'nun. i think that was after their treble year. instead of defending their carling cup title the next year,they played in an invitational int'l tournament featuring different teams from the other leagues.

the exact words escapes me ryt now,pero alex ferguson said something to the effect that the carling cup is a worthless cup for him.

between liverpool and man.united,mas maganda ang prospect ng liverpool for next year. rooney is talented pero you can't build a team around just one player.giggs might retire next season same with neville and with the financial woes of man. united,mahihrapan sila to land a quality player much more a good midfielder.
