I agree with Salvo.. I used to smoke 7 years ago. I met this guy who has a hole on his throat like the lady in the smoking comercials. He told how it happend and what he had to indure. It freaked me out so as a result. Been smoke free for 7 yrs now. Oh..and a lot of Carrot sticks helped too.
