    Stop fast food meals

     

    Stop eating fried foods

     

    Tanggal balat when eating chicken

     

    Stop binging on sweets

     

    Exercise everyday (alternate w/ light & heavy)

     

    HIIT

     

    Do roadworks/jog/run (boxers do this everyday)

     

    4weeks you'll notice improvement

     

    8weeks people who always see you all the time will notice

     

    12weeks people you seldom meet will notice

  3. Depende kung saan ka comfortable at mas makapagbigay ng time... Sa akin naging effective during mornings... Ang target ko was to loose 20lbs.. Naachieve ko sya doing morning runs w/o breakfast.. Then light weights naman afterwards.. Kapag di ko nagawa in the morning if I have an early appointment, susundot ako sa gabi..

  4. I came from the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts... hehehe... I've been thru a lot of very small and short trainings. Medyo may pagka-rolling stone ako when it comes to Martial Arts, though my greatest influence was Bruce Lee (he was my inspiration kaya na-overcome ko thru physical activities ang pagiging lampa at hikain ko nung bata pa ako...) My small trainings were Taekwondo, Arnis, Karate, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Yawyan, MMA... hehehe... Don't be fooled sa dami, I'm in no expert or instructor level. Talagang short trainings, parang nagbabakasyon lang... rolleyes.gif

  5. Kaya naman pero grabe tiis kasi naluha eh, nakakaawang tingnan.. hahaha.. tongue.gif Masakit sa puson, parang may gumuguhit papunta / galing sa pusod. Mainitin pa naman ako, 24hrs. pero I make it a point that I fast for at least a month every year.
