  2. straight up cash is the easiest price to pay for sex

the "price" other men pay to get sex:

    1. lying, deceit, deception

    2. some work hard, invest time and money to and study game, pick up arts, seduction

    3. forcing, intimidation, rape
    4. give up their dignity and BEG
    5. (probably most common other than straight up cash) COURTSHIP, or "love"

    6. etc.

only a very small percentage of men get sex without hardly paying a price, the rest of the men will pay a price to get sex one way or another

  4. "Show me a beautiful woman, and I'll show you a man who is tired of f#&king her." - from the movie Perfect Stranger

The faithfulness or loyalty of a man is not within anybody's control or influence, except for the man himself. He will be faithful and loyal only if he chooses to be faithful and loyal. And that is entirely up to him, not you.

A committed, loyal, and faithful man will "surrender" his choice, and choose his partner, always, come what may, whatever circumstances or situations arise.

He chooses his partner without him needing the partner to be first "like this or like that".

In other words his faithfulness, loyalty and committed-ness is unconditional.

  5. Diesel technology has come along way already.

The current generation of diesels use common rail direct injection (high pressure) and variable geometry turbos, which have improved on simple direct injection, intercooler turbos.

Diesel travels farther simply because it is denser offering more mass per volume. More combustible material per liter.

    Diesel is also cheaper.

Diesel is also an oil which means your fuel is also a lubricant.

Older high compression ratio engine have very strong blocks.

Diesel engines are known to have useful lives well into 250,000 kms

Diesel engines don't have spark plugs so you have no spark plug expenses.

Diesel engine maintenance problems are myths, it's rarely the engine that has the problem. These are tough buggers.

Sure older generations have "dirty" exhaust but new tech has improved emissions.

The world runs on diesel more than you think. Power plants, trains, trucks, buses, ships, boats, even submarines run on diesels.

  6. Paliit ng tiyan = generally to lower body fat percentage overall; fat in tummy area is lost most when losing body fat overall

    1. Calorie deficit with positive nitrogen balance (high or sufficient protein in diet); you need to maintain muscle mass because your muscle mass burns your calories

    2. fasted cardio and/or post resistance training cardio

    3. resistance or weight training generates that greatest afterburn/ elevated resting metabolic rate and /EPOC or Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption = fat burning

    4. intermittent fasting (skip breakfast; fast for 16 hours starting count from your last meal on the night before; get your nutrition/macros in the 8 hours after; read more on INTERMITTENT FASTING)

    5. SLOW carbs diet; white carbs can only be eaten post workout max 1 hour after; only allowable carbs are vegetables and beans at other times (see Tim Ferris's blog on Slow Carbs)

    Additional tips:

    1. Ice cold bath to stimulate fat burning, higher metabolism, and anabolic hormone production (again see Tim Ferris's blog and just google Ice cold shower/bath benefits)

    2. It helps to flush the abdominal area with blood either through core exercises/abs exercises or wearing a waist trimmer belt before/when doing cardio; better blood circulation in the area during exercise enables better access of fat stores in the belly area for use as energy during cardio or whatever exercise you are doing.

I won our office Biggest Loser with a weight loss of 35 lbs.; starting weight 205 lbs - final weigh in at 170 lbs. Very noticeable reduction in belly size and I needed to buy smaller waist line pants.

I always see on the internet that it's impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, but I did. Although my muscles are not monstrously huge, they have actually grown compared to when I started. Chest muscles are forming with lesser man boobs. For the first time I have a bulge on my biceps when flexing, leg muscles and my butt has grown. Six pack medyo sobrang challenge at tila impossible dream talaga pero I'm happy with the flat belly I have now.

Thing is, you have to find what will work for you. A lot of it will be trial and error and a lot will mostly be "errors". What worked for me may or may not work for you, it's up to you to find out.

  7. A country that is only a third of Metro Manila in terms of size and a population of only 5.5 million.

Each person is entitled to an opinion. He has his. I have mine.

The size of the country that he ruled does not diminish his greatness. You don't realize the difficulties that "island nation" faced when it started. I don't see anything "right" in your belittling his achievements just because it was a "small" country. No historical leader of this country could have matched how LKY rose to meet and overcome and surpass the challenges of Singapore's beginnings.

Kamusta na yung facts natin dun sa kasalanan ng IMF boss?

  8. It is apparent that the poster does not have any idea of what he's talking about regarding the IMF and the poster depends solely on the opinion of a man who ruled an island the size of Metro Manila. LOL.

Please, share with us what FACTS you know of the IMF. Please.

  9. Overpriced? Was there a case against Marcos or, perhaps, a paper trail that says it is overpriced? What is the benchmark for you to say that his projects were overpriced?

Obviously he controlled the "audit trail". Well the Bataan Nuclear power plant for one, was not built to spec. It was UNDER spec so the actual cost will be so much below the budgeted cost. Difference between budgeted cost and actual cost = kickbacks. The late Fr. Scmitt SJ from Ateneo once had a former student leading the construction of the BNP. That same former student was appalled with the under specification construction and was telling this to Fr. Schmitt. Nagsusumbong. Eventually that guy quit. So we ended up with a nuclear power plant that was not built to spec. Can you imagine lighting up such a thing? Boom!

  10. Ang tanong eh ilang presidente ba ang makakatapat sa ginawa ni Marcos sa bawat termino niya? Tinanong ko yan para pares ang laban at hindi sasabihin dahil 20 taon siya na nasa pwesto. I believe I asked this on the "best president" thread and no Marcos-hating poster could answer this. 1965-1969, 1969-1972, 1972-1981, 1981-1986. Meron nga ba?

Ramon Magsaysay. Diosdado Macapagal. Wala akong bilib sa mga modern presidents. Sure may nagawa si Marcos pero it was not without damage. Over priced projects resulting in foreign debt that we are still CURRENTLY paying. So thank you Marcos at andami mong ginawang overpriced projects na hanggang ngayon ay binabayaran namin. Ambag naman sana sila sa pagbabayad at ang dami nilang binulsa at kinurakot.

  11. Building of infrastructures, the economy, the military, etc. are part and parcel of being a President.

Common sense.
