Punta ka muna sa Barangay, get ka ng certification sa barangay na resident ka dun and that solo parent ka. After, punta ka sa DSWD na may sakop sa place of residence mo, apply ka ng solo parent card and eevaluate ka. Pag may solo parent card ka na, pwede mo na ma avail ung leave benefit mo for solo parent aside ung ibang benefits you can get from the different government agencies. good luck. take care always
