  1. i was able to revisit this Jan 2020

    it was my first time in a long while

    nasa 2nd flr yung na-assign samin na room. smaller sya compared sa mga natry ko rooms dati pero with flat screen tv, with blinds(?) as curtains

    ordered clubhouse sandwich ok pa din lasa

  2. langya dahil quarantine wala gaano activity, panay kain tulog lng (and work online)

    ramdam ko yung bigat ko when going out to buy groceries. sakit sa tuhod lalo pag paahon huhu

  3. last weekend nagtry kami (officemates) akyat sa montalban. simple akyat lang since 80% puro beginner. isa lang samin ung nagte-trail running talaga. so ayun ok naman yung experience. nagulat lang ako na yung route namin eh training din pala ng mga runners, specially yung mga long distance.

    nainggit tuloy ako pero need to control my gigil. road to recovery muna hehe

  4. tried dahlia recently. got the garage room.

    ok yung mirrors sa headboard and ceiling

    malamig yung aircon kahit mejo luma na

    water pressure and hot water working as well

    bed medyo matigaa pero not a deal breaker

    malinis din naman yung room

    umorder ako ng gatorade, pero nde dumating ampf

    nde ko natry umorder ng food, baka next time hehe

  5. sprained right ankle nung august during our company sportsfest (nakaapak ng paa during rebound)

    then after 2 weeks, natuhod naman yung medial side ng right knee while contesting a shot

    then oct, i injured my left knee (meniscus tear) during a bball game

    hayyy tumatanda na ata talaga

    rehab starts this week. iwas muna sa high impact sports

  6. kala ko makakabalik takbo na ako this year

    injured my left knee during a bball game last oct

    so apparently no running, jumping, jogging for 6mos

    olats :'(

    good news lang na wala naman tear sa any ligaments

    so pde pa makabalik by next year

    whew

  7. tried queensland. 369 for 3hrs

    malamig naman aircon

    bed is ok din, pero mejo may sira headboard nung nakuha namin room

    madulas floor ng cr/shower room (ingats)

    may jacuzzi kaso mukhang matagal nang nde nagagamit

    ok water pressure pero mukhang wala hot water :'(

    flat screen tv with p0rn channel :)

    towels malinis naman

    wala yung complimentary 2 water bottles.. napa order pa tuloy ako gatorade

    will try the other places nearby next time

    medyo nakakatawa nga kasi yung sa iba motmot, galing sa mga xxx movies yung palabas

    dito sa cheers, pati mga short clips galing sa mga pinoy movies na may sibakan or breast exposure kasama, pati nga mga scandal sa cellphone meron din lolz

    got one of the premium rooms

    medyo maliit yung room pero ok naman at malinis

    malakas water pressure maski nasa 3rd floor ako

    malamig din yung aircon

    ang reklamo ko lang cguro yung elevated part dun sa doorway ng cr. ilan beses tumama paa ko dun sa part na yun. aruy!

    for the rate, sulit na sya

  10. may nakapag try na ba sa cheers hotel? nakita/napansin ko lang to nung sabado

    bale along edsa sya, north bound side, right before mrt cubao. andun sya katabi ng bdo sa kanto, dun sa exit ng mga galing farmers market

  11. Feedback for Runrio's PSE Bull Run 2019.

     

    Pros:

    1. Gunstart was on-point (at 4:00am) for 25km. Not sure with other categories.

    2. Route was new and challenging to me. Inisip ko na lang na very smooth yung route kahit hindi. Hehe

    3. Almost all Hydration Stations have Gatorade. Busog ako sobra na I think dalawang 1.5L na gatorade tinugga ko and bawat hydration station, refill lang ako ng refill, hehe.

    4. Finisher Medal. ASTIG lalo na yung sa 25km. Kulay Gold na maganda yung design.

    5. Finisher Shirt. Since 25km tinakbo ko, syempre distinct yung sa Shirt na may nakalagay na "25km Finisher" unlike sa iba na "Finisher" lang. Hehe.

     

     

    Cons:

    1. Actually not a con per-se but the route was slightly modified that we run through Bayani Road going to Heritage Park First instead of doing it last. Naiba tuloy diskarte ko sa pagconserve ng energy. Hehe.

    2. Some parts of the route ay medyo masikip lalo na nung nagstart na din tumakbo yung mga 21km runners lalo na sa may paliko ng Bayani Rd. going to Lawton Ave.

    3. While may mga nakastation na ambulance, yung gamit nilang spray is hindi yung gamit ng mga Takbo.PH-led runs.

     

     

    Wala naman akong Specific target for 25km but just to finish. Sa Strava, almost 27km pala naitakbo ko so lampas sa 25km yun hehe.

     

    Anyways, sana sa McKinley West na lang ulit yung mga patakbo ni Runrio para masanay ako sa uphill-downhill na ruta. :D
