No, collectively what accomplishment as a Filipino should we be proud of? Look at the Japanese they are proud bec of their disciplined culture etc. Sweden because of their education, social policies etc.

No, Journal reports say that Invisalign or the likes can only treat mild to moderate cases of Class 1 Malocclusion and have low success rates on Class 2 and 3 cases of malocclusion. Conventional Orthodontics (wires and brackets with accessories) is much better at correcting Class 1,2 and 3 cases.
