  1. Dapat mag-apply PLDT Customer Service and Techincal Support Service (for DSL) sa Guiness Book of World Records sa pinakapangit na Service sa Subscriber.

     

    Walang customer commitment, walang makapagsabi kung kailan ang (re)connection. Three weeks inabot are (re)connection after makapagbayad!! Pero, tuloy pa rin ang billing, kahit walang service! Ang Lupit!!

  2. I applied a PLDT Postpaid Landline last March3, 2006 at their Office in Espana, Manila. Luckily, my application was approved and asigned a PLDT Landline Number on that day. Since I prepared to have it installed on weekend, since WALANG tao sa bahay namin during weekdays, I was told that it will be installed on the following days, either March 4 or March 5.

     

    Pero, lumias ang weekend ng hindi na-install ang phoneline I tried to call their HOTLine and I was informed that my Application was brought back to Head Office due to PhoneLine Number Assignment, and wala silang timeline kung kailan maaayos.

     

    Last week, I call again the hotline, same status pa rin. Walang nakakaalam kung kailan, in one conversation, may isang operator na nagsabi sa akin that "sir, this really happens, and it beyond our controls"!!

     

    What Im asking is, kung kailan kaya ako makakabitan ng Phoneline? Bakit walang masabi sa akin ang mga Hotline Operators kung ilang months/days ba nare-resolve ang mga ganitong issues? Diba Commnucation Company sila?, Bakit hindi sila marunong makipag-communicate sa mga would-be subscriber nila?

     

    AT KANINO AKO HIHINGI NG TUOLNG PAG SINABI NA ITS BEOYND OUR CONTROL!!

  3. kailan ko ba masasabi ang aking nararamdaman para sayo....... hindi ko na nga maalala kung kailan ko ito unang naramdaman ...... nalimutan ko na ..... natabunan na rin ng panahon ...... pero sa tuwing magkikita tayo ....... kusang bumabalik ang alaala ...... sana ...... paano kaya ..... gaano kaya kasarap ang makapiling ka? ........ paano ..... sana hindi na lang kita nakilala ....... paano ko pa kaya masasabi sayo

  4. Question po regarding SSS Pension Acct.

     

    The ATM of my father was captured last week by the ATM Machine, upon verifying the reason from his mother bank. They told me that it was captured because of a "SSS Circular/Memo" that all ATM of SSS Pension Acct should expired every six months so that they SSS/BAnk would know that the Pensioner is still alive (kapag pinarenew na uli ng pensioner yung card).

     

    Would like to the know the details of this circular/memo. Since we are having hard time mobilizing my father. He suffered arthrithis both knees, (parang kay ERap).

     

    The bank manager told me to shoot my inquiry to SSS.
