    actually dito sa pilipinas, intentional ang corruption. mapipilitan kang magsuhol dahil pinapahirapan nila ang sistema. so ikaw, gusto mong mapabilis, kailangan magpadulas kasi mas mabilis kasi mararating ang paroroonan kung dudulas ka imbes na maglakad, hehehe

     

    I think, yung corruption, mahirap ng sugpuin yan, kahit yung ipapasang anti-red tape law, di kayang pigilan ang corruption dito, kasi sa dami ng factors na very existing dito sa pilipinas

    as with the other countries that are corrupt, yes johncastle, it takes two to tango. kung alang papatol, alang mag-aalok.

     

    to disagree with jackbrng, i don't think people really intend to go corrupt on doing any business. it a matter of need.

     

    that's why i am happy with what i do now, i get to stick with the ideals i have learned from school

    You are joining a group that is responsible for ensuring the success of our Partners and Customers by providing the best in class implementation, applications customization, and consulting services on Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) solution : Microsoft CRM

     

    Job purpose:

     

    The scope of this role is primarily focused on delivering services to enterprise and mid-market customers primarily through our partners but also direct to customers. It is APAC wide. The role itself, is to act as technical resource who provides expertise on the above solution to certified partners and customers (MCSE, MCDBA, etc.).

     

    Our Tools/Privileges:

    • Laptop and Server assignments per engineer with any Windows OS of your choice (Vista, Windows 2003 Server, Office 2007, etc.)

    • 320 GB Mobile Storage Device

    • Travel Opportunities like Australia, Singapore, some parts of America.

    • Access to any Microsoft product

    • Your own @microsoft.com email account.

    • VPN connection to the Microsoft network.

    • Use of Microsoft products for test purposes (Beta, RTM). Example: Vista, Office 12, .NET 3.0,

    • Administer your own computer (machine joined to the Microsoft domain)

    • Dayshift schedule only with SAT/SUN off.

    Essential job functions:

    • To regularly transfer skills to colleagues in the practice and also contribute in growing the knowledge in the countries

    • To regularly lead sharing of best practices with team members

    Challenges of the role:

     

    • The key challenge for this position is the customer satisfaction and efforts for productivity expectations of the organization in terms of revenue generation and quality work. They must be focused on many customers and partners, many duties, all while remaining positive in nature to those around them. Their challenges will be focused primarily on effective time management, effective communication, and drive in order to achieve the above results.

    • They are assumed to be self driven and accountable for their own management of time.

    What you need to succeed in this career (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

     

    • English required – other local language knowledge is a plus

    • Good Communication Skills – Spoken and written (including technical writing)

    • Functional knowledge at least in Sales Force Automation. Marketing and Customer Services domains knowledge is a plus.

    • Preferably with Experience in CRM assignments and knowledge on Siebel, Pivotal or any other CRM solutions.

    • Passion for Technology, Strong desire to learn and up to date with latest technology

    • Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills – Thinks logically

    • Ability to logically analyze and present information in detail

    • Ability to come up with creative solutions to complex issues

    • Has technical expertise in MS SQL, and Database Engines

    • Technical aptitude on MS environment: SQL server, Active Directory, IIS, Exchange… and basic level knowledge in one of the following areas: application development, databases or infrastructure technologies.

    • Preferably MCP/MCDBA/MCSE

    about the penalty... it's 1% per month, it's applicable when ur loan matured and not yet settled...

    try to avail our condonation program....

    HOW TO AVAIL OF THE PROGRAM

     

    Cash or Installment:

     

    Borrower shall accomplish an Application Form for Extended Penalty Condonation Program.

     

    Borrower shall be issued an Acknowledgement Receipt together with Statement of Account (SA) and ML-1 Monthly/ Salary/ Calamity/ Educational/ Emergency/ SILP Payment Return Form (SSS Form ML-1) stamped with "Application for Condonation of Penalty" on both documents.

     

    Copy of proof of payment [special Bank Receipt (SBR) & SSS Form ML-1] shall be submitted to the nearest SSS branch for immediate posting.

     

     

    no biggie pre, bitin nga mga cnasabi ko eh.

     

    can u email me a copy of the application form for extended penalty condonation? parang wala sa online site. i-attach ko lang kse sana tapos diretso na ako sa bank, or somebody has to approve it, like dun sa original condonation?
