kse i've been to various companies and my new company is asking for my hdmf (pag-ibig) and philhealth number.

i don't have a copy kse from my previous employers i didn't avail of any benefits from these organizations and when i asked them for it they keep saying when they remit they account my contributions through my sss number and birthday.

how and where do i get my philhealth and hdmf numbers? i've tried their sites, i got mailer daemons. tried their office numbers, if not busy, out of service.

please help.

1. i got mugged tuesday night, my ss ID being one of the things i lost. what r the procedures of getting a new one?

2. what if i chose not to be an sss member anymore? can i withdraw my contributions from prior years?

3. could the sss forget na lang my unpaid loan? (hehehe) :evil:

questions 2 to 3 r related, could they just offset my unpaid loan from my contributions of prior years?
