  1. its ok na kumain ng madami. the more tha you eat. the more na may energy ka. especially pag breakfast yung madami, just watch what you eat din. along with it comes working out. you just have to make sure that the amount that you have taken in is less than the effort your exerting when you work out. ^_^

  2. repetition, work on the things that you have to remember. just read once even without understanding., leave it for half a day. read again, focus on the main points, leave it again. read it for the third time and pay attention to the details. works in the same way as reps in weight training. repetition buffs up your mental muscles. ^_^

  3. dark colored sando kinda works. even if youre sweating like a stuufed pig. hindi masyado halata. jogging pants and a good set of gloves that has wrist wraps to avoid injury when trying to lift those heavy weights. ^_^ im starting to be a gym rat. going for 3 months now. :thumbsupsmiley:

  4. hi to all brokers. i'm considering being one myself kaso i found out that the licensure for brokers was transferred from dti to prc. as of the moment wala pa daw schedule. i jjust want to know kung ano po mga topics ang lumalabas sa exam so i could do advanced readings. salamat. ^_^
