I skipped dinner last night.

After having 3 sticks of Pork's Ears BBQ (Tenga ng Baboy) and finishing it off with a barbequed hotdog which my daughter could not finish, I decided not to have dinner anymore.

As for lunch, they're cooking up lumpia in the office (kahit bawal magluto sa loob ng opisina. ha ha ha)

Yesterday's event at Enchanted Kingdom turned out to be successful. I received some verbal commendations from officials and even from the EK President congratulating me for the good work that I did in hosting the ceremonies. The children (kaya nga nasa Enchanted Kingdom eh) were all happy. There were about 200 of them. That was okay, I think.

Even the Nestle representative was impressed. Oh I hope they get me into one of those ads in the future along with Japoy Lizardo. He he.

Today, I feel a bit relieved as I have completed the initial presentation that is due on Monday. Now all I need are the figures from the Accounting Office.

As to the other side of me......that has been pronounced above.

My next hurdle: An organizational meeting with a high-ranking Senator at 10am on Monday at Hotel Sofitel. What shall I tell him?

Stressed. My eyes wouldn't shut until almost midnight.

Then I had a nightmare and awoke myself shouting AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Got up before 5am to wash the car.....and the neighbor's as well.

Cleaned the yard of cigarette butts (damn female neighbors who are like capre's when they smoke), then they just throw away the leftover butts on the garage floor.

Got into the office quarter before eight.

Now online.

Ahhhhh......i should be working on that presentation that is due on Monday.......

Emcee pa ako sa isang event sa Enchanted Kingdom this afternoon......have to leave by lunch time......

I enrolled in a private gym session here in the office. I was given a schedule Tues & Thurs.

I got a part time job in Ortigas. Training starts next Thursday and every tuesdays and thursdays thereafter.

What am I to do? They are in total conflict with each other.

Which should I choose? Extra income or getting fit? (as if naman)

Life is really stressful these days......especially without her around.

its not always about the looks

yes, we tend to see the outer shell of a person

and yes we get attracted to people who gets our attention because they look good

but in the end of the day, its the personality that matters

and of course some doesnt have the so-called look

but what they have is a good atittude., therefore most girls fall for them

As much as possible, she doesn't go through my mobile and more often than not, asks permission to open the message.

I also do the same.....I respect her privacy as much as she respects mine.

Most men who are not fully endowed with beauty compensate with higher qualities of gentleman manners and suave moves. Somehow, there is a truth to the song "humanap ka ng panget at ibigin mong tunay" because ugly men [like me] know we cannot stand equal to handsome guys.....but we can be taller and smarter than them because we make up 10 times the qualities that we have that handsome men have not.

Of course, this is not a sweeping generalization between handsome and ugly men. There are always exceptions to the rule, even with women. :flowers:

siguro, why beautiful girls choose ugly men kasi masyadong mabilis mag selos ang girls kahit na sabihin natin na may loyalty... knowing na yung partner mo ay inaalig-aligid ng mga bebot na may "Quality" talaga, sino ba hindi ma threat?

 

Kahit naman sa guys ha? Why do they fall for "smart" ladies rather than sa "Yummy"? Kasi may threat, and sometimes nagkakaroon ng insecurities...

Andrew, medyo mataas ata BP mo, normal blood pressure should be 140/90 to 120/80 mm Hg. I still have to check my BP before ganyan din BP ko but I tried dieting and exercise kaya bumama.

I'm currently on Verapamil [isoptin] 80mg 1tab daily for the next 15 days.....

was advised to de-stress and relax a little. avoid stressful situations. avoid alcohol for the time being.
