yup, yan din problem ko sa convergys. nagresign me nung april this year and dito sa new employer ko, hinihingi ung itr ko from convergys. nung tumawag kami sa convergys, end of the year daw ibibigay un or icocompute pero nung tumawag ako sa BIR mismo, sbi nila, dapat daw ibigay na ng previous employer ung ITR mo para macompute ung annual income tax mo. anlabo nga e.

Thanks oliver actually, i already have a lawyer and she was the undersigned in the demand letter that ive sent. the problem is that, he's a seaman and he's living in a week's time so am not sure if he will still receive the 2nd demand letter. the 1st demand letter was a registered mail and it took 5 days for him to receive it. ive texted him again today and asking him if we could discuss the matter with my lawyer on monday. feeling nya kasi pinipilit ko cyang ibigay ung amount na un. willing naman akong babaan ung amount ng financial support. i just would like everything to be in black and white na lang.

good pm guys! ive sent a demand letter of support to my exhubby and he received it yesterday but instead of meeting us for a possible negotiations, nagmatigas pa cya. obviously, he doesnt know anything about negotiations or compromise. he's insisting that he cant afford to give the financial support that im asking but that's where the negotiation will come in right? what should i do kung ayaw nya tlgang makipagkita for negotiations? i even told him to get his own lawyer if he wants para mas madali samin. help po pls... thanks...

just 3 days ago. he wanted to broke up with me over the phone then sa text. nag begged ako sa text because napaka babaw ng reason for me. but he said no sa text. so after work, he went over to our office to give me everything that ive given him including cellphone, wallet and the RING that we've given to each other. yup its hard to work in a call center and no matter how many times you tell yourself that you wont work in a call center, situations still call for it. eto lang kasi ang pinakamabilis magprocess ng job application. if ur gonna apply in a simple ofc work, it will take months before you can even get a reply. im a call center hopper and ive been with L2S, AEL, CONVERGYS, SYKES and right now, im working in a small Aussie call center here in ortigas. it pays good, day shift forever and ok management so am happy na din. hehehe...
