this was in CAT, ginawa naming bivouac ung high school grounds for the weekend. grabe ung physical training. we were in military attire tapos umuulan maputik ung grounds. we crawled the whole school grounds sobrang putik mga damit namin. grabe pagod. pero it was fun until nakabawi kami sa mga officers. harhar.

a good cardio workout can help flatten the tummy. but also you have to train your ab muscles too so it can burn more fat around the area. boxing offers a good workout for your cardio and abs.

Over expensive ang tube amps haha. Grabe. Not for me right now. With that, Im going back to my original plan of getting a starter Marshall MG100DFX semiconductor amp. Unless you guys have tips on affordable brand new tube amps. Tipo bang Php25000 or less.

 

Tips naman on tuners. What do you think of Korg pitchjack Guitar Tuner ? Any other recos?

if you can live with plugging and unplugging you instrument cable to tune your guitar. it's a good choice already. but if you're like me who doesn't want to go through that hassle and have your own pedal board, i suggest you buy the pitchblack tuner. it's a stomp type tuner with true bypass capability and great tuning accuracy. i have one and love it.

Spaghetti with Meat Sauce......

 

I just love spaghetti. I remember before, i did eat that for a whole week (breakfast, lunch and dinner for seven days)

sarap talaga basta spaghetti. this is my stuck-in-an-island-food-for-a-lifetime. amen to that master asmo!

quite sad really hehehe. pero you can't deny the fact that it was starbucks who first gained mainstream popularity amongst pinoys. parang jollibee vs. other fastfood lang yan e. malaking factor din ung kung sino nauna everything else being equal (food, service, ambiance). and to add, iba rin ang brand ng starbucks. hehehe. sino nga ba naman ang gustong pumunta sa isang similar coffee shop named mang totoy's kape atbp.. :thumbsupsmiley:
