if you earn more than P550,000 per year, you pay VAT, otherwise you pay 3% on your gross income per month (you'll have to file a return every month - Form 2551M, with the LandBank if you earn every month)

I am a professional engineer working in a company. but then i have few out-of-office works, that i usually do every weekends. I have a difficultly accepting other projects, especially government projects, because i needed to issue official receipt for their liquidation of my professional fee.

Do i need to make a company first and register to SEC or is it possible for me to secure receipts from the BIR just like what doctors do? I heard about vat-registered individuals...was that the right track for me so i can have a receipt booklet from BIR that i can issue to my clients?

If you wish to file a criminal case for Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Damage to Property before the Fiscal's Office, you can run after the driver only. The operator cannot be charged criminally. The operator can be held only civilly liable after the driver has been found guilty and is unable to pay. Matagal na proseso po ito. Moreover, the driver most likely will not have any money to pay you. If you wish, go after the operator directly by filing a civil case for damages against him in court. The operator will most likely try to settle.

 

You have 2 options: (1) You can file a criminal case against the driver before the Fiscal's Office. You may be able to throw the driver in jail and run after the operator for damages only after the driver is found guilty. This will take a long time. (2) File a civil case against the operator directly in court. This process will be faster. I recommend the second option if you only plan to recover damages and not throw the driver in jail.

hi sirs...i had a motorcyle accident last january with a taxi cab. it was established in the police report that it was the cab's fault becuase he counterflowed o my direction. Pero naawa ako sa taxi driver dahil mahirap ang buhay and he assisted me also papuntang hospital.

have you tried using it on another PC and it still does not work? if this is the case, may naputol na hinang dyan sa loob ng USB. medyo risky if you would be dismantling it and try to put it on your own, for you can lose data in there.

i had so much complaint about bayantel wireless unit. The battery pack always fail to recharge, you have to connect it again by a charger to use it...darn, whats the use of being wireless?

So we complained then they replaced the battery...after a month same occurence...
