  1. Boss Gungeek..I am sure paborito nating lahat: COMBAT. One of the stars died from a helo crash-si Vic Morrow...syempre we all loved KIrby yung lefty yun di ba? Gustong Gusto ko noon ang mga Tommy Gun nila.

Sir Skicker, yup i remember the 6 million dollar man... bida si Lee Majors dun....also Bionic Girl and Wonder Woman (linda carter)... favorite ko rin iyun Wild Wild West, Rat patrol, Kung Fu and Green Hornet (side kick pa Bruce Lee)... halos yata ng movies ni Bruce Lee napanood ko...

  2. Yes Boss Gungeek I remember too well the Sci-Fi Space 1999. Si Martin Landau ang bida. Until now di pa sila nakagawa ng spaceship like the Eagle. Yung handheld walkie-talkie na me maliit na TV nagawa na ngayon di ba? How about the 6 million dollar man(Bionic Man). Common na ang Bionic from Medical to Industrial di ba?

My favorite TV show at that time was 'space 1999'.... sa channel 9 yata. I also remember people putting colored cellophane sa B&W TV screens (ang sakit sa mata)....

  3. skicker , maganda pa rin ba dyan sa yokosuka? i went for a visit there in japan and stayed in sanban(1st visit) and himawari heights (2nd visit)before. i visited my uncle when he was still in the navy, but his ship now is decomissioned and is a museum already here in SD. his ship btw is USS MIDWAY

Bro..di ko na inabot ang USS Midway..oo nasa Museum na ba? Maganda pa rin dito sa Yokosuka, safe and clean. marami ng bagong housing. I hope to retire and start a new career. Ano ba ang maganda bro to accelerate ang goal. Thanks to Eagleyes sa advice. I envy you.

  4. Bago nauso si Voltes V at Mazinger Z pinakasikat na robot animation si Gigantor!!!!

As a kid then, you should know the lyrics of the theme song!!!

pwede po bang makisali. Kumusta po kayong lahat. I remember Gigantor sir masi pag lumalabas na sya sa bukana ng bulkan. Anybody remember Alakazam?

    for basketball fans

1979-Legendary former NBA greats Larry Bird and Earvin"Magic" Johnson were NBA Rookies(Bird was the eventual Rookie of the year).

sa PBA naman the late Arnie Tuadles was the rookie of the year and member of the Mythical 5.

Thanks to Ms. Augustmoon for inviting me to this thread.

  5. thanks for asking, i'm fine :)

how much longer will you stay in the navy? whatever you do, prepare yourself for a second career. take advantage of all the educational opportunities. start preparing for life AFTER the navy. you will make your first million (in US$) soon enough :)

Thank you also Eagleyes. I have a little less than 3 years left if I retire on the 20th year which will entitle me to a puny pension. Maybe I am a little late to be preparing for a second career because I have not decided yet what career I am going to get into after 17 years in the Navy. Any Advice Bro? What would be the best field to get into? I don't really need much but to make million would be great. Does it take a college education( I am still working on my Associates Degree)? I work with logistics and not much into IT. I appreciate the word of wisdom Eagleyes. I hope all is going well with you, your business and your family. Thanks you.

Good for you NZ chick. I wish you all the best. Who knows you might become the next Jenny Craig,Jeff Bezoz, Michael Dell and all great entreprenuers. Hey.. make us Filipinos proud. Para di OT:

I have not really seen it but I think I make more than a million pesos a year which is pathetic if you're in the states, much less if you're in Japan(I 'm in the Navy for the last 17 years and currently stationed here in Japan).

Hi Eagleyes How are you doing bro.

  7. a month and a half ago, you said you were earning $600 -$1500 per week. now you're saying you earned 400K pesos in just two months. seems to me like your math is a bit off

how long have you been in business? have you actually earned that million or was it a projection? nevertheless, hope your business prospers  :)

just curious, but did you also mean that your mom was making 200K pesos per month when she worked in the philippines? with that amount (and assuming your dad also worked) your family income looked to be a lot more than that of the average filipino family. what compelled you to move to NZ?

Good catch Eagleyes..FUZZY MATH Maybe? You have a very sharp eyes..just fitting with your name.

200K a month is more than what an average white collar worker makes in the U.S.. If I was making 200K a month in PI, I don't think I would have left the Philippines. Peace..have a good one shipmate.

  8. Boss warhead. Do you trade stocks? Philippine Stocks or U.S.Stocks? Do you mind giving us tips on how to run business and trade stocks? Thanks a lot and I hope you make more on your undertakings.

I earned mine from a combination of running a home-based dot com and playing the stock market.

  9. oh I forgot the last things I bought: expensive clothes and shoes(I wear uniform almost everyday)[

Hi ms manners.. You are just like any other shopping addict-buying on random. I am also a shopping addict. Maybe we could pull our resources and hold a gargantuan garage sale and make money off these things. Is your attic full too? So don't despair ms. manners you're not alone. I am glad my work keeps me from the mall most of the time( I am a U.S.Navy Sailor)
