I guess it really boils down to eat less and excercise. I read in some mag before that the less amt u eat, masasanay yung tummy mo and mabubusog ka kaagad. So in effect ur tummy gets smaller since the qty. of what u eat is reduced. Have I posted this here earlier? Sorri ha di na kasi ako nag back read. Peace
