Tomorrow is Community Day with Grass-type Chikorita as the featured Pokemon. The event will have 3x catch XP and 3-hour lures. Frenzy Plant will be available for Bayleefs evolved to Meganium within the 3-hour event time period (11AM to 2PM).

In line with the success of the Global Challenge (https://pokemongolive.com/en/post/globalchallenge-dortmund/) last week, players worldwide were able to unlock the 3× catch XP, 2× raid XP, and 3× hatch XP bonuses. Lucky Eggs will activate for twice as long, giving you a whole hour of bonus XP until July 9.

Articuno Day was also unlocked. Shiny Articunos will appear in raid battles.

Then there is a Community Day (https://pokemongolive.com/events/community-day/) this Sunday, July 8, from 11AM to 2PM featuring Squirtle. Wartortles evolved to Blastoise will gain an event-only skill - Hydro Cannon. Additional bonuses include 1/4 egg hatch distance and 3-hour lures. And it looks like the Squirtles that will appear during event will be wearing sunglasses (Squitle Squad!).

Will be with the Ortigas CBD team this Sunday. Gonna be just roaming around Shangri-La Plaza

There was a Community Day event earlier. For 3 hours, players had the chance to catch a "Surf Pikachu" - Surf is a Water-type attack which makes this Pikachu rare one.

Pokemons available are up to Generation 3. Raids now happen in gyms, wherein there is a chance to capture powerful Pokemons and Legendary ones.
