  1. i have read an article somewhere on the net that says that ephedrine is the main ingredient in fat burners that burns fat, but it also said that its not a good substance, anyway i have tried hydroxycut a long time ago and i really think that fat burners are just fad. during those time i did regular weight training but no cardio, and a not so strict diet . i reall didnt see a big improvement on my body.

     

    after that i tried doing a strict diet, i listed all the food i ate, i chose what to eat and counted the calories that i have taken in. i also did regular weight training and some cardio already, the effect on my body was really good i really trimmed down. plus i also did take whey protein!

     

    i think id prefer taking whey protein as a supplement and do strict dieting.add regular exercise to it. this really works for me..as for fat burners , i really think we dont need it to loose weight. we really just have to be sensitive and observant with how our body reacts to different methods of loosing weight. what works for me may not work for others! :hypocritesmiley:

  2. tindi ng usapan dito. kanya kanyang paniniwala lang yan. kung my sinabi ba ang isa dito mangyayari bang macoconvert yong isa na maging ganito or ganyan!?!?!? ang masasabi ko lang bilib ako sa mga taong naninindigan sa paniniwala nila ! ako i believe in god.... i also believe in man, i also believe there is good and evil. sufferings, injustice and also good things happen everywhere .for the non believers puwedeng sabihin na tao my kasalanan neto , for the believers naman pwdng will of god ? pero para sa akin lang things happen, s@%t happens..and sometimes or most of the time we really cant do anything about it. ano ba magagawa natin kung my giyera sa aprika, e yong mga narirape nga sa tabi tabi lang dito sa pinas wala tayong nagagawa. yong my matandang tumatawid sa kalye bihira na lang yong taong tumutulong sa pagtawid.

     

    it is also pointless to prove if god exists or not .i believe he exists, yong iba naman di naniniwala. ok lang yon. para sa akin pareho lang yon na sinasabi mo na totoo ba ang love = totoo ba si god? you cant see love but you feel it. from a scientific point of view naman di kaya yong love ay chemical reaction lang? humans react to certain stimulus that we encounter everyday. and we fall in love because we are stimulated. if so wala tayo pinagkaiba sa mga hayop sa paligid natin. only thing is we have a far more complex brain.. we cant use science to prove god doesnt exist. or use it to prove he is there.

     

    hindi rin lahat ng nasa bible ay papaniwalaan na agad. it was written at a time na wala pang internet , wala pang nuclear bomb. ang hirap non kung maniniwala tayo as is sa bible. isang pindot lang ubos kaagad ang isang bansa. yan ang daan para maging fanatic or suicide bomber .believing in everything as is, without questioning it if its right or wrong.

     

    hehehehe.just taking a break from what im doing kaya eto mejo haba tinyp.. anyway anu man paniniwala natin sa mundo stick to it pag di mo na kaya panindigan pwd rin lumipat basta pakabait lang parati. and wag maging plastik , magpakatotoo and face your fears . madalas we believe in something because of certain issues that we have within ourselves, puwedeng mali pero paniniwala ko lang. good day and tc everyone.

  3. do you really believe that this "delmonte fit and right" drink really helps in aiding your weight loss? kc for me, i don't because of the very high sugar content of this drink, 29g sugar per can. just my two cents. peace!

     

    just a marketing strategy. its our attitude and actions that would help us do what we want with our body.

    developing a sleeping habit might also help.wake up early and dont sleep any other time of the day except at night when your really goin to sleep. if you awake by 5 or even 4 , i think by 9 or 10 in the evening you will already be very sleepy.

  5. fat burners are just supplements, di tlaga siya ang magiging dahilan para maging ripped katawan natin.makakatulong pero di pang mabilisan.kc pag nag titake ng fat burners its still required to have a healthy diet. kaya i dont believe much in fat burners. better take other supplements like whey / creatine which helps in muscle growth. the more muscles you have the less fats and muscles help in keeping tha fat away..

  6. i think insomnia and sleeping problem is different . if one has insomnia then maybe he/she should see a doctor but if its only a sleeping problem then there are lots of ways to deal with it safely and drugs isnt one of them. identifieng the cause of it should be the first step and from there a solution can be made, just be really aware of what our body is telling us...stressed ba? my emotional problems..etc...things that cause sleeping problems..

  7. cool, a thread for running enthusiasts. meron pala di ko nakita .sino dito tumatakbo sa QC? im still a beginner but somehow im really into this sport. i run 4 times a week. pro mabagal na takbo lang but i want to improve and maybe by next january or february ill join my first 5 k run... my mairerecommend ba kayo na routes in QC thats safe or area na pwd takbu takbuhan .yong malinis at dami puno at konte sasakyan.runner friendly place? my mga running clubs ba??

  8. water is enough for me.lots and lots of water before,during and after the gym. i just eat during breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    pero di na ako nag gigym ngayon.hehehe......but if i ever do come back to the gym i would still do those things.

     

    depende sa goals, eating before or after the gym might be a good thing. dami articles sa net tungkol dito. :thumbsupsmiley:

  9. put your mind into quitting. and really resist the temptation to smoke. the best way to do this is replace smoking addiction with another addiction .heheheheh...everytime na gusto magyosi gawa ng isang bagay na pwd pamalit sa pagyoyosi. at iwasang tumambay sa lugar na maraming nagyoyosi .

  10. as long as ok ang blood pressure . sugar count hmmm. ano pa ba .hapiness level..then i think its ok to be fat. pero kung nagkakaproblema na dahil sa weight.may it be physically/mentally or emotionally then it would be the time to take action.health is wealth so we should really take good care of it .and congrats to butchocoi, very inspiring.

    1. consistency sa exercise talaga at diet. eat the right amount of food , the right type of food and at the right time.

    2. 3 days a week,30minutes per session.dapat 30minutes continuos movement,may it be walking/runnning/cycling/swimming or any form of aerobic excercise.

    3. 3 days per week weight training .para di masyado kakain ng oras.only do 2 muscle group per session.this should only take 30 minutes too.(wag na to pagsabayin sa number 2,alternate na araw para tipid sa oras)

    4. one should have patience and not expect immediate result since having a great abs wont happen overnight, and one should also have realistic and attainable goals.like loosing a pound per 2 weeks ,its a healthy way to go.wag madaliin kc madidisappoint ka lang, slowly but surely is the key.theres no easy way to have a 6 pack and its a fact of life.
